Beautiful lobby, great staff

Dec 28th, 2020

Stayed here in December 2020. Beautiful lobby, friendly staff. The room itself, though large and comfortable, was a bit run down in the details (electrical outlet in the bathroom was barely functional, the mini fridge in the room was insufficiently cold, and the hair dryer didn’t work). Parking, however, was very convenient. Covid precautions were excellent, felt very safe here. Overall 4.5/5 stars and I’d definitely be open to staying here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Cesspool

This place says it’s a Sheraton but it is NOT. Dirty, filthy, ancient furniture, quite possibly the noisiest hotel room I have ever stayed. I truly feel totally ripped off. Here are a few pics of this disgusting pig barn. The Sheraton Execitive in charge of inspections at this property should really look into a new line of work. Stay Away TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Arrived to a friendly smile and service with the front desk agent Sabrina Jackson.

I was upgraded to a suite which Sabrina arranged for me based on my status and the caring Sabrina! It was almost like a double upgrade and the balcony was huge and open! It was the biggest balcony I've been on! Thank you Sabrina for making my 4 day stay a great experience. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

An oasis of clean in the middle of a Pandemic.

Apr 11th, 2020

Since the crisis has started, I've had the need to undertake significant travel. This includes a frequent loop between LA, LV, and Phoenix. During the course of mutliple stays, during the past weeks, the Sheraton Phoenix as been a place for business, respite, and the guarantee of one or more moments of laughter. We rent two rooms every time we come, and we've never been dissapointed by any aspect of our stays. Even with almost all amentities shut, the courtyard and fire pits allow for you to get away from it all. The views are simply amazing as well. Most important is the staff. Sabrina, Traci, Michael and Peter along with their colleagues have all been true frontline heroes. As someone in healthcare, I hear and live covid every day. The group that is manning the Sheraton is every bit the definition of essential and they do their jobs with incredible poise and focus even with every traveler being a potential hazard. I'm glad we found them and look forward to visiting on each trip. Sarah and Carolyn TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
