This Sheraton is absolutely pathetic. I understand that there is a global pandemic, but dirty rooms and poor service are unacceptable. We were told that housekeeping would come after the 3rd night. After receiving poor service for 3 days we wanted to ensure our room was cleaned during the day of our 4th night, so when we left the hotel at 12pm we stopped at front desk to remind them to clean our room and to inform them that we were out of: tissues, conditioner, and body wash. We also informed them that the drains of the shower and sink were clogged. We come back to the hotel after 8pm. Our room was not cleaned, our sheets were not changed. All housekeeping did was throw toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap on one of the night stands. Absolutely pathetic. The parking lot is absurd. You can only enter the entrance to the lobby from a one way road, so if you miss the small enter sign you will end up entering in a gated lot and will have to park at the back of the building, walk to the entrance to check in and receive your room key, then walk back to your car and drive through the gate to the entrance to unload your car, then you will drive back through the gate to park and walk all the way back to the entrance again. Ridiculous. Will never stay here again and might think twice about staying at another Sheraton. Marriott’s brands are starting to become unreliable and that is a damn shame. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Really Nice Hotel In Great Location

This is a great hotel and I would actually rate if close to 5 Stars, yet with a 2 Star price. Only $79 per night and really well kept, clean, secure, comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Hard to beat this place and right by the famous Galleria High End Shopping Mall. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We had a very pleasant stay at this Sheraton. Even though it sits on the highway, the noise is minimal. The room was pretty clean for the most part, and extremely cozy. Incredible bed! I don’t think I’ve ever slept so well in a hotel. I really liked the decor downstairs. Minimal and symplistic. It’s about a 20 minute ride from downtown, but the for the price point, I think it was a great value. They have a pool and gym also, which due to time and temp constraints I was unable to enjoy. Recommended! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Stay Away - Not a welcoming hotel

Arrived at this hotel late this evening and as a rewards member usually get two bottles of water for free in my room. Found out from the “Duty Manager” a rather heavy set gentleman devoid of personality that they no longer give free waters. The gentleman checking me in a very nice African American gentleman gave me a room on the Club Floor since I was using a rewards room and one was available on the floor. He said they no longer provide breakfast in the club room but we will get a free breakfast. The Duty Manager promptly corrected him by saying she doesn’t get the free breakfast, since my status wasn’t high enough, Platinum. He’s apparently a stickler for not giving customers anything. The gentleman checking me in told me to take a free bottle of water, to the chagrin of the “Duty Manager” who is guarding the pennies so diligently for Marriott. “Duty Manager” proceeded to tell me they are abolishing the Club Level and the Club Room will not be replenished when items run out. I usually stay at The Sheraton in McKinney during my frequent drives North and I will resume using them. The staff is far more pleasant, welcoming and more importantly, flexible. Note to Sheraton Dallas Galleria, try to be a little warmer to your customers and when you leave people in charge, ensure they make your guests feel welcome. If you’re trying to encourage people to come back, this is not the first impression you should be giving. I understand hotels are suffering at the moment but unpleasant staff members does nothing to encourage guests to come back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I was hesitant to stay here because of the reviews I saw but I'm so happy that I did. My room and the lobby areas were all very clean. There were sanitizer stations everywhere you looked. Staff were constantly cleaning and were so friendly and helpful. I will for sure be staying here again the next time I am in Dallas! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
