The rooms are dated and the beds old. The hotel is over do for a remodel everything in hotel is very old, Not exactly what I expected. The staff made all the difference very friendly, even the maintenance man who came up to fix the heater in the room... TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The Autism Conference was held at the Reed Center at the Sheraton and was a very lavish, educational event. The staff supplied us with snacks, drinks, candy and had plenty of appropriate vendors for the clientele to mingle with during breaks between sessions. The keynote speakers were wonderful and full of knowledge and experience concerning autism. The hotel made us feel very welcome and was extremely clean. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I used the app for early check in. Not sure why, it saved absolutely no time. I was only person at the desk and she couldn’t get me checked in. She moved to the other terminal and eventually was successful without the wonderful attitude others stated. Same thing happened at checkout. The rooms are dated and the beds old. I’m not a big person, but if you are I’m not sure how you would manage the toilet because the door provides minimal room. We returned late after ball game, the safety latch had obviously been busted and did not latch properly with the current placement. There are too many hotels in the area for competitive prices and breakfast to stay here again. If you’re here for a conference just stay across the parking lot at the Hampton. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Lovely Hotel and Center

Attended conference next door. Great staff who are all very dedicated to their jobs. We had one issue with our first room and were then moved to another immediately. The staff all took great care of us. The restaurant offered a good variety of food and had a nice alcohol selection. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Worst Sheraton or Marriott Property Ever

Terrible experience. First off, I will admit the staff was very courteous. That is the only good thing about this hotel. It is dirty, run down, under-staffed and needs a complete overhaul. I was attending a Conference in the adjacent Reed Conference Center that was the only reason I stayed here. Big mistake. After we checked in, the front desk clerk assigned our room to another guest AFTER we were already occupying our room. The other guest had a key and opened the door to our room...thankfully we had it deadbolted. I had to have my room key "re-keyed" at front desk at least four times. It would not work in elevator or to access my room. The hotel restaurant was terribly under-staffed despite a capacity hotel occupancy due to conference. Wait staff was brand new and overwhelmed. Shift manager in restaurant was apathetic to guests and rarely seen - no supervision. Left his own Big Gulp drink on the bar....I saw two guests send back their food and drinks because it was wrong! I had a FedEx package delivered to front desk, they misplaced it and took over 12 hours to locate it! I could go on..... TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
