My Best Experience With Front Desk Flame

I would like too say me and my husband both were just applauded by the lady at the front desk name flame, upon our check in process she was very professional and more then courteous, her smile was worth a million dollars, along with her hospitality. What meant the most too me is when she embraced me and welcomed me too the hotel and turned a bad day me and my husband was having into a good day and days after. She was coming into work this morning and greeted us as we was waiting too check out and back in, she stoped what she was doing and took care of us, she even told us about the bonboy loyalty program and even signed us up. Great Job and thanks too her supervisor for bringing the flame to that front desk and hotel overall. Will definitely visit again! 🥰 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
First class service

The facility is beautiful but it was the hospitality service that was truly first class. When I finally arrived at the hotel, John at reception was very empathetic as I shared my frustrating ride share experience. He sent me to an impeccable room. Grabbed dinner at the bar and was served by Michael. He was perhaps the best hotel bartender that ever served me (and I am a road warrior). Efficient, friendly, and served a great martini. Check in was fast. The room had a view of the air conditioning units. Not much of a view otherwise. Room was clean. Gym was fantastic. Indoor pool was great too. There weren't many people in the hotel. I stayed 4 days, 3 nights. Removed a star since I had to ask them to "refresh" the room. I ended up going to the front desk asking for towels, coffee supplies, lotion, soap. Not sure if they were understaffed as the garbage cans were almost overflowing by the elevators. We're not messy people and do a bit of tidying to help with housekeeping. Food was limited as we thought. We used UberEats mostly unless we were out of the hotel for the day. The bar is a nice area. Since it's near the airport you can hear planes every so often, but it's not bothersome. Staff was pleasant. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Not What I Expect From A 4 Star “Luxury” Hotel

I booked this hotel through Priceline. I got a great deal and was pretty excited. My family always stays in minimum 4 star hotels unless it’s a fast nights sleep during a road trip, so we know what to expect. The hotel is in a good location. We felt safe and the expressway was nearby. The outside of the hotel is nice but not “luxury.” We got to the hotel after dark and noticed some trash in the parking lot and a few raccoons picking through the trash. We figured maybe they had carried it to the parking lot? We didn’t really understand why we had to pay a daily parking fee since the hotel isn’t downtown and has its own dedicated lot with nothing else around. So, that was discouraging. We weren’t aware of it before arriving. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. Looked clean. A mask policy is in place but visitors to the restaurant/bar were clearly not wearing them as they walked around/to their rooms. So, yuck. Our room had a sticker on the door saying it was disinfected... however, the broken glass on the floor, hair in the bathtub, and hair on the sheets say otherwise. I wiped everything down myself, just in case. The room was underwhelming and dated. The surfaces were worn and not kept up. The beds weren’t great. Nothing 4 star about them. My husband was excited about the balcony, until he saw the view of ac/heating units as far as the eye could see. We just left the curtains closed. This is literally the worst view I’ve ever had. A view of the parking lot would have been an improvement. It certainly killed our hopes and relaxing with a cup of coffee on the balcony during the mornings of our stay. The hotel appeared relatively empty so I’m not sure why they stuck us in that room. We certainly will not be back. It’s not at all what we expected and didn’t add any comfort or relaxation to our trip. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I was blown away by the service at the Sheraton Music City!! Jason (valet) and Scott (shuttle driver) were amazing!!! They both went above and beyond their duties to make my stay so comfortable. I never write reviews, but am going to now because these guys were so great. Amazing job, guys!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
