Terrible Stay and items stolen from my car

I was there for ESRI conference on December 10 and 11, 2019 and I had the worse experience of my life. Front desk people were nasty and very rude and they couldn't even give me the room I reserved. When I question, the manager responded saying "this is all we have, I cannot give you a room I don't have". In addition, I valet park my car and the thief who parked my car stole the tray with $20 change and a rain coat. He didn't even leave the tray behind, he took the entire tray and my rain coat. I valet park my car in so many places but this was the first time someone went through my car and took the items. Do not stay in this hotel, there are many hotels nearby you can stay, but if you do, do not leave anything in the car. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great location, good hotel

I stayed here on business in an exceptionally mild week in January (maybe it will become less exceptional as the planet warms up). My room was large and comfortable. In typical American hotel fashion the lighting is individual so it is a pain going round switching them on and off, but aside from this everything worked as it should. I am surprised that a recent reviewer found old carpet as the carpet as my floor and room had a new feel. I was a bit close tot the elevators, but the noise did not stop me from sleeping (the jet lag was more than sufficient). The bed is comfortable and the pillows were a good standard. The bathroom goodies included mouthwash, which was nice. I ate breakfast most days. There was no buffet but the staff were really good. I ate in the restaurant one evening, and it was only average. It is the reason I only gave 4 stars and not 5. The location is ideal - everything seemed like a 10 minute walk away. Recommended for business travellers. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Ok hotel

They are doing renovations so my room needed updating, as others have noted. The heat in my room made weird noises all night. The staff were excellent but be careful about room service. I ordered a modest snack and wine and it came with a lot of extra charges. Housekeeping could use some attention. All that said it is a great location and anytime I contacted the desk they were responsive and excellent. Lovely staff! The temperature of the meeting rooms went from icy to sweltering but maybe that is part of the renovation process. I might stay here again but would ask for an updated room. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Dog patch Hotel

This hotel is an absolute discrace. Worn out carpets, dirty rooms, unfriendly staff and very very slow service. The only saving grace was the employees in the bar area. They were absolutly super. They bent over backwards to be friendly and worked hard to make their customers happy. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

room was dirty mens shirt under bed trash under tv stand check in was dry with the agent who seemed like she was ready to go however mgmt was very polite and great hospitality no info given about hotel we assumed the pool renovations were done but was closed had my daughter and friends there that's why we didn't move rms even though i wanted to thank god i carry my own cleaning supplies working at a hotel myself i look for these things.the worst part was a housekeeper who came in my rm with a dnd on the door even if it fell im 100 percent sure she has a list of occupied and vacant rooms why the heck would someone come in early before check out couldn't address this with mgmt at check out clearly they're under staff one girl had a long line after being the experience i and the girls were ready to go overall the kids had a good time but we will likely choose a better no a cleaner hotel with better hospitality the highlight was the guest service agent who made sure my request was at a good timing,the guy who im assuming was a manager at check in ,and the lobby attendant who she and i chatted great convo the rest of the staff should take notes and the housekeeper well lets just say keep posting on indeed TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
