Very disappointed in this hotel as a Bonvoy Titanium customer. I was not given the room type I reserved. The loyalist lounge closed at 8pm. The air conditioner is far too loud. Wishing I had skipped this and gone for the full service Marriott. Beware! Your status doesn’t seem to count at this hotel! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Ashley at the front desk may be the worst hotel employee I have encountered in 25 years of business travel and thousands of hotels. She should not be interfacing with guest and should not be in the hospitality industry . 200+ nights a year at Marriott properties. She is rude, unprofessional and needs to be forced to find a new profession. I spoke with the G.M. about the situation, he promised he would fix the problem. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Sheraton. By Phoenix airport

Good restaurant lounge, and nice sized rooms. Shuttle service to the airport was convenient. Promptly welcomed and checked in. Friendly staff. Bathrooms need to get out of the hotel-1980 mode with bright white lights and shower faucet that needs instructions. Only downside is the bathroom. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Hideous Airport Hotel

The shuttle bus at this hotel is a joke.... I was left waiting for over an hour for a pickup from the airport and then had to use overseas mobile to contact the hotel incurring expense. Then on Sunday morning no shuttle bus was available due to no driver and was left to pay for a taxi Certainly doesn’t meet the claim on its website of 24 7 complimentary shuttle. Second time I have stayed here and second time I have had shuttle issues will avoid like the proverbial in future TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Tired hotel

Granted -- we were given a 'voucher' from American Airlines to stay at this hotel because due to a computer glitch we missed our connection from Phoenix to Monterey -- but geez does this hotel need some TLC. We were on the main floor of the hotel in a room overlooking the parking lot. The carpets were stained and the mattress on the bed needed to be replaced (way too soft). The whole place looked a bit tired. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
