Lovely hotel, was a guest here in january only spent the one night but it was great very nice large room, excellent themed sports bar swimming pool excellent staff very friendly, however dont expect cheap drinks a little on the expensive side I thought and although it was a very large selection for breakfast it was slightly on the warmed up side great fruit chose and cold meats but the cooked I would say get down early for the best TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Not as good as last time

We were returning to this hotel having stayed 2 years ago and we could not fault it. Unfortunately this hotel is definitely not as good now. The Club Class lounge that offered nice tasty food was lacking in both choice and atmosphere. Our room was ok but nothing to shout home about. We ate at the hotel Indian restaurant and we very disappointed. The food was minimal at extortionate prices, and at best mediocre food. Our drinks were brought to table twice incorrect. Dinner was just warm and the chicken seemed to be the same in both dishes just different sauce. And for the privilege of this dining experience £100. I don’t know if this hotel has new owners but definitely declined in 2 years. Breakfast was horrid it is buffet and everything offered was just warm and bacon that could be substituted for shoe leather whole experience horrid. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Fab customer centric guest services, the credit goes to the very top - Paul who stewards his crew with an exemplary mission and down to earth leadership by example ethos. His management of the hotel is illustrated so aptly by his staff, some of the best in the industry that I have seen - Petya (Guest Relations), Laldeo (Conceirge) and Minguel (Lounge and Room Services). I forget the name of the lady in the breakfast reception - she is in the same league. The entire hotel is a welcome change to the hospitality industry in the UK. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We were looked after brilliantly for the whole of our stay. They were very accommodating with a late check out as our flight was a night one. Room was perfectly sound proofed, spacious and the bed was deliciously comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and you can eat lunch and evening meal in the hotel (high quality food). We cannot find any fault but would like to reiterate how wonderful all the staff are and to thank Dino in particular. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
