I should have looked at the three star rating and booked another property. It was not the level of Marriott service as expected. ROOMS: We booked this property due to the "2 bedroom suite". The pictures on the site are deceptive. I assumed that it would be a 2-bedroom with a living area, just like every other 2 bedroom suite that I've ever stayed in; however it was extremely disappointing it was extremely small and crowded. As soon as you enter the room, the bed is right in front of you! The second bedroom is separated by a sliding door. I booked 3 rooms, 2 of those rooms for my daughters and their family. I requested in advance that the rooms be on the same floor but ended up being 2 floors away. I was there to watch my grandchildren. Hard to do being 2 floors away. Received no compensation, apology or explanation. BATHROOM:There is no lock on the doors. Bathroom is EXTREMELY outdated. The tub didn't have a stopper. There were no Accessible rooms. The toilet seat broke when we sat down on it. Guest Services: Front desk needs better training in hospitality. Especially the Asst Director of Sales, Roland Lopez. He harassed me days prior to arrival on "if I was really going to show up to my reservations. " After contacting Marriott Loyalty multiple times, ot took 3 weeks to receive my points. I'm a Gold Member and I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional, inhospitable service. PET FRIENDLY: I saw more dogs than humans. Had I known it was a pet friendly hotel, I definitely wouldn't have stayed. I found dog food all over the hallway. Grubby, noisy, not able to request an extra towel, etc., unfriendly front desk, and very disappointing, I would have moved hotels without a second thought. 420 Friendly: I say that because that's what I smelled the 2 days I was there. On the balcony, in the rooms and outdoors. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Beware they invade privacy
Oct 16th, 2020
They tried walking into my room without knocking, then I was asked to leave a day early for burning some sage on the patio, which they tried to say was pot and that there were several complaints. There were, however, no other guests on my floor and when I confronted them about house keeping attempting to walk in my room they tried to lie and say there were no house keepers working, even though I had asked one that was cleaning the room right next to mine for towels less than an hour prior. When they said it wasn't their policy to walk into a room unannounced I had explained that I wasn't alone when this happened and my guest could verify everything I had said. We were both in the front room and both had 0 clothes on. Had I not had the latch on the door, it would've been much more humiliating. Yet instead of making that right, I was asked to leave even though I had already paid for the duration of my stay and was not refunded anything. The day that hotel staff feel they can enter a room, with a do not disturb sign, without knocking or anything, is the day that the privacy included is no longer part of the experience and defeats the whole purpose of staying there. This place needs to be put under new management and the staff needs to have more training and be able to follow procedures the hotel has in place. ESPECIALLY considering covid 19 is still very much a threat and having staff randomly enter rooms puts my life and those lives in close proximity to me in jeopardy. This hotel needs to be shut down until they can eliminate the risk their staff puts towards the lives of every guest that stays there. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Heavenly beds, impeccable rooms, top attention from the staff!

First of all our 2 room suite was perfect! The beds and pillows were super comfortable and we loved the white light minimalist decor of the room. The attention from the staff was superb. Our fridge disconnected and we had the hotel's electrician up in our room fixing it 5 minutes later. Cecilia at Front desk excelled in guiding us throughout the city, kind, patient and client oriented she was specially patient with my elder father. The parking in the hotel is very well priced and acceptable as others that seem to be overly priced. I research a lot before traveling and I'm pleased to say that this hotel exceeded our expectations. Thank you! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Basketball Tournament Trip

OMG I loved my room here! We were in town for a Thanksgiving tournament and only needed a room for 2 night. The team chose this hotel. I had a King, 1 bedroom suite, with a balcony on a high floor ...ALL TO MYSELF AND LOVED IT!! Everything about the room and hotel was sufficient for me and I have nothing bad to report. The location is close to just about everything and parking was included in our package (usually $12). The front desk staff were very knowledgable and had great service skills. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room in the Dallas area. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

After being double charged for my 3 night stay here, which was the clerk that checked me in negligence. As of today 25 days later I still have not received my money back to my card. After numerous phone calls to the general manager Jason and assistant manager Tamera my issue is still not resolved. So I’d say to save yourself a headache. Just stay at another hotel ...
