Carolyn (bartender)is an awesome person I enjoy seeing every time I stay here I ha w been coming her for over 6 years. She is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Oscar (Bartender) Pam( front desk) Are two other individuals that I want to call out. They are both great people I truly enjoy talking to every time I stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Disrespectful and Dishonest Front Desk Manager and Associate

I have reservation to check in on 02/14/20 and check out 02/17/2020. when we have arrived, 2 lady at front Desk ( Kim and Denise) were very short and disrespectful to us. we have reservation for 2 queens bed and they said they have no room but king size bed for us. I tried to get reservation at another hotel but it was long weekend and every hotels at the area was sold out. they promised to send us rolling bed while we are out, when we back to the room was 11.445 PM and they did not do anything about additional bed. during check in , I asked if they can help us next day if room with queens bed available, both lady without even looking at computer they said they not gone have any room available till Monday ( even they had 266 rooms, some how they know in their mind nothing will be available), I had to scaled my issues to Hotel general manager, but I am not sure that even will help. Furthermore, our room was next to the highway and. while we were at the room feel like cars passing by our beds, the noise from highway was annoying and un present and I could not sleep for 3 nights straight . This is the worst hotel accommodation I had for last 30 years of my traveling time, I have never thought I will see the hotel so low class, uncomfortable any where. I have no idea how Marriott company allow such place as a part of their properties and how allowed such employee working for them.I will never go back to this hotel, even if they offer me life time free stay. Over Priced and Poor Service

The prices they charge for the rooms is insane. I’ve paid less for MUCH better rooms at two different on-site Universal Orlando hotels that offer so much more in terms of dining and entertainment! Check in was good. Very friendly staff. Service, however is slow and poor. Second night of stay we went to front desk area to ask for some additional coffee items for the morning . They said they would have someone bring it. No one ever came. Next day, maid service came in and emptied trash and replenished items but did not make beds or clean. Wifi was a joke. It says free in the rooms. First night there it wanted to charge us. Every day/night after that the signal was so weak you couldn’t even use it. Hotel was clean. Rooms are small for what they charge. Overall I feel like I did not get my money’s worth. Will not stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice hotel with friendly service

I was there for a few days on business. The rooms are clean and spacious, and I really liked the balcony where you could sit and enjoy the nice weather. The staff are friendly and helpful and replied quickly when I had a question or needed assistance, such as resetting the safe in my room so I could use it - they had it fixed within 30 minutes of my request. The shuttle driver, Ysrael, was friendly and prompt and very helpful with suggestions for places to dine and visit during my stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Skip this property...Needs an overhaul

Checked as Titanium Lifetime Member of Marriott BonVoy. Arrived at hotel at 4:30PM and our room wasn't ready...snippy woman behind front desk noted that they were at 100% that means the services were going to be lacking throughout our 3 day stay. The Sheraton Club was beyond acceptable, dirty and lack of service and food was at minimal. Breakfast was lacking quality and selection. When we checked in to the hotel we were entitled to receive coupons for a free continental breakfast in the dining room and we were never told (pretty sneaky as they don't take care of their Titanium members). Our room had no alarm clock and was lacking cleanliness. Hotel property was built in 1986 and has not been updated since...staff is nasty and the comment made after checking out.."How was your stay?" Really!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
