Wonderful service

Jun 29th, 2020

I had a wonder time I want to specifically want to thank Mia at the front desk. She was wonderful and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I also had a great view of the city it’s great spot to stay at. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My name is Michael Cox and this was my first time staying at the Sheratons and had the best customer service provided by Teri Singh she was such a big help and had no issues going above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Worst hotel stay of my life

Jun 17th, 2020

I had a very disappointing stay and decided to leave in the middle of the night and sleep in the car because the AC was unbearable, it wasn't getting cold at all and it was hard for two people to breathe in that room. Your technician came to fix the AC and failed to fix it. The vending machine was bad and the hotel staff was very unfriendly, I talked to them twice before, where they said nothing about limited service but I got to know after I checked in that Breakfast and Club level services weren't available. There's no point in club level branding if there is literally no amenities for the extra charge. I hope the management sees my review and do something about it. The view was good though TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

No Breakfast for you

Apr 29th, 2020

Promised breakfast wasn't provided. When I posted this on Marriott.com I received an email asking me to contact the hotel. I did but the person who emailed was no longer employed and whoever answered had zero interest in why I'd called. Upon checking my review on Marriott I see that Mia Fowler responded claiming no harm was done because we ate in the lounge. My review noted this wasn't true, we paid to eat out. She also claimed to have put 5,000 points in my Marriott account for our inconvenience but it's coming up on two months and nothing has credited. Advice to property, when you mess up and email a customer asking them to call in, don't blow them off when they do. More advice. When you promised a token amount of points to make up for a larger loss, at least follow through. Not a bad hotel but sloppy management. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A solid value

Mar 15th, 2020

There is nothing exceptional about the Sheraton. However, given its location (Manhattan) and the fact that I've had my share of stays at incredibly subpar properties in the area, I'd consider the Sheraton to be a decent place to stay, especially when considering the price. Rooms are spacious enough, breakfast is decent enough, it's reasonably clean (although it could stand to use a refurb in the near future) and has fast WiFi. The right kind of business hotel that does the job and doesn't break the bank. This is my third stay there, and won't hesitate to return should I have meetings nearby. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
