Situated 107 miles north of Boise, Idaho, the lodge is nestled between the shores of Payette Lake and Brundage Mountain. Making the most of its scenic location, the lodge offers visitors access to hiking, biking and water sports equipment at its own marina. In the summer and fall, guests also have access to Whitetail Club's 18-hole golf course. When you're ready to relax, the lodge has you covered: The property's spa, The Cove, offers treatments signature to the hotel's location. Recent visitors say the rooms are just as relaxing, with flat-screen TVs, minifridges and sitting areas. Splurge on a Fireside Suite and your sitting area will include a fireplace as well as an outdoor terrace. Past guests appreciated the comfortable, quiet atmosphere in the guest rooms and offered more praise for the on-site restaurant, The Narrows, which serves a Pacific Northwest menu. Note: The Shore Lodge charges a daily resort fee of $15. The fee covers Wi-Fi, seasonal bike rentals, valet parking, nightly gatherings around the beach fire pit and ski valet, among other amenities.
