Another Amazing Visit

Nov 9th, 2020

We visited again this last week. We have had many amazing stays here over the years. A special shout out to Katie who went above and beyond to accommodate our room request. She is a gift to your hotel and if awards are given out, she should be the first in line. So nice to be greeted by happy staff who go above and beyond in their duties. The SilverCloud is always our pick! Many restaurants close by. Lots of activities to choose from in close proximity. Rooms are very nice and the jacuzzi rooms a must. Rain or shine, the views are spectacular! Lots of walking paths. Thanks again to Katie and all the staff. We will be back!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Location, location, location

Oct 20th, 2020

This is a nice hotel. It is very well maintained and it’s staff are excellent. The rooms are spotless but nothing extraordinary unless you go for a top tier room. With that said he hotel itself doesn’t differentiate itself from many other nice hotels. What distinguishes it is it’s location pure and simple. The hotel itself in another location would be half the price. As the only hotel on the waterfront they command ( and get) a premium rate. If you must be on the water and enjoy the ambiance of Ruston Way this is the place. If you want equal accommodations at half the price in town there are many options. Also if you are a light sleeper be aware that the train tracks are extremely close to the hotel and trains seem to run every 30 minutes at night. They also ran out of some breakfast items during my stay which is puzzling and inexcusable for a $200 plus hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

$275 deposit!

Sep 29th, 2020

There was no mention of the huge deposit until we got to the hotel to check in. They ran the credit card for $500+ for 1 night. Unexpected, although they did refund it at check out. The waterview suite turned into a muddy swamp when the tide went out and there were drunk people at 3am being very loud outside the window under the walkway. The opening knob fell off the window, coffee pot didn't work, and there was no fan in the bathroom. I had submitted a special request on their website for early parking 10 days prior, but never received a response. Breakfast in a bag due to covid precautions. The room was clean and the front desk host efficient and friendly, but it was too expensive for what it was. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE

Sep 5th, 2020

I mean all you really have to do is build a hotel and put it on Ruston Way and boom your printing money, but then you add 1st class guest service, and BOOM you have a goldmine. The staff is amazing, I stayed here for 5 days and was able to run beautiful Ruston on the daily and was greeted by amazing guest service on a daily basis. KIMBERLY - Hakuna Matata, great attitude and always smiling TYLEEN - always joking and having fun, dont eat all of her granola, oh boi DIANNE - awesome knowledge of the area and a daily smile I CAN NOT THINK OF THE GM'S NAME - great guy, interacts with the staff and the guests, great joking with him I will be back when I stay in WA, best place in the 253, hands down. Restful

Jul 28th, 2020

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The room was very clean. The front desk help was exceptional and the place was very quite. We also had such a peaceful view of the water. The walk to Point Ruston was wonderful. Would we stay again? YES! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
