Good Hotel

Jul 19th, 2019

I asked for a renovated room but did not get one. The one I received was identical to the one I rented a couple of years ago. It was fine, very quiet and big enough. Fast elevators. Very good fitness center and excellent front desk. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Relaxation

Jul 18th, 2019

Checked into a suite for myself. Able to assist family with getting adjoining rooms. Very comfortable and relaxing trip. Miss the buffet being open but only a short walk down to the Eldorado. Accommodating staff. Lots of fun TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Recommending the renovated rooms here!

Jul 18th, 2019

We stayed in the renovated rooms on the 29th floor. Gorgeous view! Clean smelling room with modern furnishings and very comfy beds! Loved the Starbucks Kcups in the room. Easy check-in and FREE valet! Just left the guys tips, like it used to be in Vegas, where we are from. This double queen room seemed rather spacious and really felt the bathroom set up was perfect for 2 people. My 18yr old was impressed, and asked to stay again when we bring her back to UNR in August. Found Harrahs to be much better

Jul 18th, 2019

I used to go here all the time and overlooked the things I didn’t like because the spa was nice and included in their high, $37 resort fee. After they renovated the spa, it’s an extra charge. This motivated me to look elsewhere and found Harrahs to be much better and only a $20 resort fee including spa area. The things that I didn’t like at silver legacy was the noise from other rooms coming from vents in widows, no refrigerator or coffee in rooms, no spa area included, high resort fee, toxic stuff air with chemical fragrance pumped everywhere including room hallways instead of having a quality fresh air system like Harrahs. It’s also very ungrounded, never know where I am or how to get out. So glad they got rid of free spa, I found a better place. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Resort Fee Rip-off

Jul 15th, 2019

Booked a room knowing there was a resort fee but didn’t learn what it covers until we got there. Apparently it covers valet parking and the use of the pool. We would have used the valet parking had we known before checking in. Resort fees are just another way to squeeze a few more dollars out of the consumer for services that should be included. Secondly, after reading reviews we asked for an updated room upon check in. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We ordered room service and received prompt service. Gambling was tight and we noticed that they are fazing out the tables for electronic gaming. Overall a good hotel, but we will not return. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
