Finally, a Room Worth the Price!

Jul 19th, 2019

Actually, not a room, but a generous double story cottage sitting in a lush garden under the ancient English oak is something right out of the Cotswolds, but better. Authentic and genuine in every detail, the Simpson House Inn affords you a dreamlike respite from the rush, rush world of Southern California TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

If you're looking for elegance and peace and quiet, this is the place. Lavish breakfasts and period-decorated rooms. Off the beaten path in a Santa Barbara neighborhood but five minute walk to anyhing you need. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Beautiful Inn

Jul 16th, 2019

The Inn is charming. The grounds are beautiful. Everyone was very nice, helpful and accommodating. I stayed in the Weather Vane room (2nd floor, no elevator), it was very spacious and I loved the wood burning fireplace. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Gorgeous historic home

Jul 16th, 2019

If you are staying in Santa Barbara, this historic home serving as a bed and breakfast is the place to stay. It is a short walk to town, residing on a very quiet and gorgeous historic property. The staff were excellent, our room was beautifully done, the grounds we're breathtaking, and the food was yummy. I have nothing negative to say about this property and highly recommend it to anyone. We also enjoyed riding the bikes into town and along the beach. The innkeeper gave us great advice on where to eat and accommodated our early departure with nicely packed food to go even though this was not an ordinary request. Everyone that we met at this bed and breakfast was cheerful, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
