Amazing stay!

The host was wonderful and welcoming! The room was spacious and beautiful, and so was the view! The location was perfect, it is situated right in front of the Battistero and Church! The breakfast was great for the times we are in. The host brought it in at 8:30am everyday and it included croissants(chocolate and apricot), nutella, coffee and hot chocolate, yogurt, fruit, and an occasional sweet treat. Wonderful overall and I highly recommend staying here! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice small hotel right next to Duomo. If you pay extra you can select a view to Duomo from your room. We did not and I´m not sure is it a good idea because there is restaurants right downstairs at the plaza so if there is no triple windows it can be noisy. The room was spacious and clean, AC somewhat noisy and weak. Minibar was very reasonably priced and the staff (when there was somebody) was really friendly and helpful. Terrible Service - NO AIRCONDITIONING

This small B&B has an excellent location. The rooms are simple but clean. However, I went in July, and it was 85 degrees outside, and the air conditioner in our room did NOT work. I complained via WhatsApp (there's no one there during the day except the cleaner who doesn't speak English), and although the hotel read my message, they NEVER responded. I've never been so infuriated by a total lack of customer service in my life. Additionally, the breakfast they provide is no more than grocery store cornetto (akin to Little Debbie) when there are pasticceria on every corner and several within a few feet of this place. We booked elsewhere after the first night. I've requested a refund of the following stay since the heat was unbearable in our room (no way to open the window as this place is directly over a bar that is open late and both loud and bright). Perfect stay in the middle of Florence

Had a great experience at this small B&B. The welcoming staff was fabulous and gave us tips of waht to do in Florence and also nice restaurants. Breakfast OK, the room was great and clean and fresh. Would absolutely stay here againg if I go back to Florence. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great location, very friendly service

From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Ours did have steps but not all of the room had step access. Breakfast was lovely - fresh fruits, cheese & ham as well as freshly scrambled eggs and delicious bacon. The coffee was superb. Located right next to the Duomo gave us quick access to all the sights.
