I had to turn around and cancel after finding out my son was driving in home . They were so wonderful to work with me when I go to Biloxi that will be my choice of hotels . TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

What Good is a Beach Hotel When the Beach is Closed from Bacteria Levels

Jul 8th, 2019

The beach is closed due to bacteria levels that can make you sick or cause rashes as of July 7. We came from out of state traveling through and spent several hours in the ocean wondering why it was so deserted. No one told us at the hotel and there were no signs on the beach! We would not have stayed had we known about the health hazard. We’ve already had one ER visit on this vacation and wouldn’t have risked that but didn’t find out til we left. Management had not instructed their employees to inform anyone and there are no signs on the beach or on the doors exiting the hotel. We have called the hotel to request they let their patrons know. When spending more than $300 a night for a room, you expect a better breakfast than the typical hotel breakfast so that was a bit disappointing as well. Yogurt or fruit would have been nice. The elevator did not work. Our room was on the 8th floor, front desk was on the 3rd floor. Checkin-checkout parking was always full (with employees parking their personal cars). I have 3 children under 9, so the stairs were not fun. There was trash on the beach and in the water. Huge ugly pipes fed out into the surf right next to the beach. Extra linens for the pullout bed were crumpled on the floor of the closet when we arrived. I attempted to call the front desk and got a busy signal, so my husband walked the stairs to talk to front desk about linens and the phone not working. He was told “Oh yeah you shouldn’t trust the phone. They haven’t been reprogrammed. Just dial 0 if you need to reach us.” No where in the room or in the hotel was this written. Bar and restaurant is really just a smoking area that doesn’t serve food or beverage that we could tell, except the mediocre breakfast in the morning. Very disappointed overall. We were stopping in Biloxi for the first time on a road trip to see family in Houston. This place gave us a bad impression of Biloxi and we will be cancelling our reservations at another Biloxi hotel on our way back. Never again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Never again!

Jun 27th, 2019

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel for a municipal league function nearby. It will be the last. The beds were not made until 7 pm so we had to wait in the lobby. Garbage can was emptied and no trash bag replaced. Breakfast over by 9 am so if you sleep in you are out of luck. The bar was not open except on Friday and Saturday when we are not there. We had no place to meet as a group of 7 city employees to discuss the day's events. No menu was posted so none of us ever knew we could order food from the bar and there was no one at the bar to ask. Others in our party had similar issues. Elevator was out of order so one of our aldermen had to walk luggage up 8 flights of stairs. This whole trip was a total nightmare! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great location

Jun 9th, 2019

This hotel is in a great location. Right on the beach and walking distance to some restaurants. Love that it is a condo because it has full size kitchen. Very comfortable rooms and beds. It is on the boardwalk so that was nice to have access to. Breakfast was good each day. The only thing keeping it from an excellent is the attention to detail. It was a great place to stay but for example our faucets were all missing the aerators so when you turned them on water went every where. Some drawers were broke in the dresser. I would have preferred real hangers in the closet and the bathtub needed a mat as it was very slick. But over all would definitely stay again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
