Beautiful Hotel - a wonderful respite!

Aug 26th, 2020

Five of us were traveling to Yellowstone and decided to stop in Cheyenne for the night. This hotel feels so luxurious! We all loved the room and were sorry we were not staying longer. Everything was so clean - an important quality in this time of COVID. And they did provide a hot breakfast by having us wait in a line (socially distant) behind a barrier while the attendant gave us the breakfast. I usually don't like scrambled eggs in this setting, but these were delicious! And the bacon was nice and crispy. Other options included fruit, muffins, cereal, etc. I would not hesitate to stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Disgusting hotel

Aug 24th, 2020

This hotel is full of disgust. We went from one room into another because of filth. The second room was not any better. When crawling through the branches for help we were told we do not owe you a refund and this is acceptable. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Marriott should be ashamed to have their name associated with this facility.

Aug 16th, 2020

The best part about the stay was checking in and checking out. Don’t be fooled by the Marriott name or the lobby which appeared clean and comfortable. Stepping out of the elevator, you immediately notice the stains on the carpet in the hallways. Once to the room, I was greeted with an odd smell that got worse the further into the room you got (later determined to be coming from the bathroom). The room was dark and it took a while to find the lights. Once I did, I wished that I hadn’t. The floor was filthy and has stains to the point where I would not recommend walking on the floor without shoes on. The couch is stained and looks to be caked with dirt on the arms (didn’t sit on it). The wood furniture was chewed on the corners and the bottom. The TV remote was sticky and clearly had something spilled on it or used as a stir stick. The bathroom has to be a health code violation. The floor was sticky, the shower has mold and mildew stains, there was mold in the grout, in the corners and on the inside of shower curtain. The outside fabric shower curtain has what appears to be urine stains. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very clean and spacious room

Aug 14th, 2020

We enjoyed our one night stopover here. Large room, comfortable bed, everything spic and span. What more could you ask for in this Covid travel environment? Hot and generous breakfast was served for taking back to your room or eating at spaced tables. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very tired property

Jul 2nd, 2020

This property is sorely in need of an update. Smallish rooms, worn carpet, indifferent staff. Had to wipe a big glob of toothpaste off the bathroom door. Ice machine out of order as well. Noisy HVAC. Marriott and hotel management need to apply some TLC. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
