My 12th hotel on this two week road trip and had intended to write reviews when I’m done, but thought I should post right away. Weekend here spent trying to avoid unmasked (and sometimes belligerent) guests at the desk, in the halls, and even on the elevators. Hotel has a mandatory mask policy with signage but nothing the young man behind the counter can do. Even the employee taking out the trash doesn’t get it - mask on the mouth but not the nose. Disappointed in Marriott and the guests here in Schaumburg. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The facilities were clean, the staff was courteous and very proficient; we had a large group checking in late that night,the rooms were nicely cleaned and inviting. The hotel is close to many eating and shopping establishment, you are minutes from the highway. My only complaint was the bed , I felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. Even sitting on it was uncomfortable. Overall, a good time was had by all. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Haven’t stayed here in awhile but booked a last minute trip and stayed here. Our flight was delayed and we called ahead to say we’d be arriving after midnight. Mary was waiting for us and got us checked in rather quickly so we could get some sleep. Awesome customer service. The rooms themselves could use a decor update. But they’re spacious and clean. I chose this hotel as it was close to my final destination. The room rate was very good and the room was clean and comfortable. I appreciate that my request for a room away from the elevators on an upper floor was fulfilled. I would stay again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Clean Spacious Room, Amazing Customer Service

This review has been in my to do list for the last 5 months! But I keep thinking about it and knew it had to be done…. I cannot stress how amazing this hotel is. I had lost my mom suddenly while we were all on vacation. We needed a place to stay for the next two weeks while we made arrangements for her wake, etc.. In probably the most difficult time for my family, the staff took the things that we didn’t have time or energy to think about and made it happen. They put our family members in rooms close to each other. They made sure we always came home to clean rooms with clean sheets and towels every day. When they saw that around 20 of us would gather every night in the common areas, they offered us one of their party rooms for more privacy. Anything we asked, they made happened. They were more than kind, very sensitive and respectful. You would think that these traits should come naturally in a customer service position but it doesn’t. This team went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I wish I could remember names but it was so long ago that I cannot. As far as the rooms, very clean, a lot of space. Breakfast had a lot of cold and hot choices, even for my vegan brother. They had a cute room full of extras that you can buy including a microwave for instant heating (even though they are in the rooms). They also have alcohol for purchase.
