Liberty from the breakfast team was very friendly and helpful and made our breakfast experience delightful. she was very eager to locate the tea that I requested and provided ice that we asked for since the floor we where we stayed did not have an ice machine. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Best hotel I have ever stayed out. Updated! CLEAN. Room is so nice and clean. I got in town at 1130 and they were nice enough to let me check in early. Renee D at the front desk was fast, friendly and very helpful. Pool is very nice also! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The hotel was great! The downtown noise level...horrible!

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are good size for our large family. The bathroom is divided into two. There is a room for the toilet with a small sink and a separate room with the shower and larger sink. This worked out well for us. The beds are firm but not overly firm. The pull out couch only had one blanket and one pillow. We called the front desk and they had someone bring it up immediately. The hotel is connected to another hotel (Fairfield Inn). They share the pool area. The pool is not big enough for 2 hotels to use. My kids enjoyed it until a huge group of young teenage girls came down and started throwing one another from the shallow end to the deep end (no parents in sight) in essence taking over the entire pool. The breakfast area was set up nicely. Its on the second floor. Plenty of items to choose from (eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, bagels, etc) and the staff was on top of keeping everything supplied and cleaned up. On Saturdays and sundays breakfast ran until 10:30 am. Parking is $19 per night. The parking lot is tight but you just need to be careful. We had an event at the Kentucky Convention Center and we were able to walk 2 blocks to it. Now for the not so great part...the downtown noise is awful! We had the air conditioner fan running plus we brought two little fans and we could hear traffic outside. The fire truck/ambulance/police sirens went blaring by our room all night. It woke up my daughters, my husband and myself several several several times throughout the night. We heard cars with loud mufflers from the time we laid down until we woke up the next morning. My husband had ear plugs but he still could hear sirens through the plugs. If you are a heavy sleeper like one of my daughters, then you will be able to sleep right through it. If you are a normal sleeper like the rest of my family...it may be a long night. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

DD and Wilson did a fabulous job! They were helpful and made sure that things were clean and in order. I really appreciated how DD and Wilson asked me how my day was and made sure I was helped. I would definitely return back to this hotel because of their customer service!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
