Filthy rooms, unfriendly staff, zero amenities

Absolutely filthy hotel. I’ve uploaded photos so you can see. The coffee maker’s water container was filled with gross white mildew or mold. The bedsheets has stains including yellow blotches. The office desk light was out. The bathroom mirror has gross black blotches. The safety lights in the parking lot were burned out. The particle board around the bathroom doors is falling off. Trash was always piling up in the bin by the elevator. The front desk is not friendly. The front doors remain locked, so when you first arrive you must get the attention of the front desk so they buzz you in. The pillows are all worn out, and the mattresses are way too soft. Please note, all of their amenities INCLUDING housekeeping and free breakfast are non-existent because of the pandemic. Only upsides: The WiFi was strong and fast. Immediate access to 410 and the airport. Other than that, this is an absolutely pitiful excuse of a Marriott property. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Relief, after nightmare of visist

I booked this hotel last minute trying to find a place to stay for the night after a nightmare visit at one of the Radisson owned hotel. This place was clean and we received excellent customer service from the staff. The split between the toilet and the shower is great and the size of the room are fine. I had an exam to study for and the little office nook that they created was nice. but the placement of the tv if you are trying to do work without distraction well... The downside that I cannot truly fault the hotel with due to COVID is that the rooms are not cleaned daily and that towels are not refreshed unless you go downstairs and request them. That the trash in the rooms are not removed but it was a great experience TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Access to Airport Security Parking

The AC unit is really loud at nighttime. The bed was comfortable. Parking lot is spacious and well lighted at nighttime. Front desk was cordial. The room was clean, but a little small. The location is great. Close to airport and nearby places. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This has to be the worst "hotel" I've ever stayed at. The customer service was nonexistent, extremely dirty room - even the 2nd room was equally dirty. When I informed Erlinda - front desk agent- that my bedding was stained and bathroom dirty she laughed and had a snarky attitude. She informed me that I would have to change my own bedding....why am I paying full price for a "hotel" which is suppose to be clean to change my own bedding? Am I suppose to do the laundry and clean other guests rooms as well? Instead of being compassionate and provide excellent customer service, she informed me that I could just check out and leave. Thank you Erlinda for making my experience horrible, being unprofessional and ensuring my displacement while I have to work at the emergency room during COVID. Don't worry folks, Hilton saved the day! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
