Weekend to visit Hershey Park
Sep 13th, 2020
This is third time staying here. First time in one bedroom. Looks to be getting a facelift. In living room is a pull out couch with a chaise lounges and two rolling ottomans. Kitchen is standard with microwave and two burner range top. A average apt fridge that makes ice. And has a counter with two stools to eat at. The bedroom was a king bed with new mattress and pillows definitely a upgraded. Bathroom standard hotel restroom the bathroom products was very nice too. Using the refill bottles for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Sealed soap and lotion. The continental breakfast is now a bag given to you and it’s a orange, cereal, hot cereal, milk, oj, bottle of water, chabani yogurt and a Jimmy dean biscuit with egg, cheese and bacon. The desk will also give you a cup of coffee too. The room looked the same cleaning before covid and now. Will be back. Thank you TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Pros and Cons
Jul 28th, 2020
I stayed here for 15 days for work. I would stay here again even though there were some things I didn't love. Pros: Quiet; Room had good space and a nearly full sized kitchen; Right next to Farm Show; About a mile away is the marvellous Wildwood Park which was perfect with its 3 mile hiking loop and wonderful birding (though I forgot my binoculars); there also is part of the Green belt biking trail nearby. There is a dirt road next to the hotel that I also walked. Out back there are tables and grills. The Cons: My bathroom smelled sour. I requested that the shower curtain be switched out but the smell stayed. I threw 2 Covid masks in the trash can and the housekeeper dumped them and some trash out on my night stand! One day she/he left wet towels on the floor. One day I found a strange piece of plastic on the kitchen counter. After the electricity went out, I lost my AC and it wasn't resolved very fast. I didn't care for the fact that the front desk people are hidden from the desk and you have to call to them. And I have to say that some employees were not that nice and one made my co-workers and I feel that we were an imposition just asking for assistance. Sheesh. (There were some who were very nice, though).I could not tell if things like the elevator were frequently sanitized or not. Overall the convenience and location would draw me to try going again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My granddaughter's and I stayed overnight at Staybridge. As always the Staff is super nice. A young lady by the name of CJ was at the front desk and was very accommodating, very sweet and professional. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable, got a really good night sleep. The girls enjoyed having their own TV. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Very nice place to stay while visiting Harrisburg

We were here for the State Police Graduation in Dec. 2019. This location was awesome. Hotel was very nice. Clean, Great friendly people that went out of their way to make you feel at home. Our room was like a suite. It had a couch and a kitchenette. Very comfortable bed. All in all, I had nothing but good things to say. The breakfast was great. Loved that they had a drink dispensing machine available 24 hours a day. What a simple low cost thing to offer and such a great idea. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Can't Go Wrong!

We come into town a few times throughout the year for various events at the Farm Show Complex. The location is extremely convenient as it is the only hotel located in walking distance. Rooms are well maintained and clean with friendly service. I also want to add that there is added security when it comes to parking, which initially was frustrating because the parking attendant asked for our last name to check on the list of check-ins. The staff member explained that the security is there to protect parking spaces for the hotel guests, we were very appreciative. Apparently a lot of people try to sneak in and park for free. Nothing is free these days so be a good person and just go pay if you are not staying at the hotel!!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
