Awesome room and great service

Jun 28th, 2019

The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds (including sofa beds!) are extremely comfortable. Best sleep in our week-long visit in Spain! The staff is very helpful, and it's steps away from the Albaicín, full of shops and restaurants. About 15 minute walk to Alhambra, and a cheap cab ride to the main bus station. Overall, absolutely great value for the service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

1 weeks stay in Granada

Jun 23rd, 2019

The suite in the hotel is excellent value for money. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The additional kitchen area is very useful, even in the basic suite. The room is cleaned very day to a high standard. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Family Suites, Parking, and Close to Attractions

May 26th, 2019

The family style suites are spacious and comfortable. The coach folds out into a bed, though it takes a little effort to figure out how to transform it. Pillows and covers are located in the closet. It is an easy walk to most tourist spots. Some night life noise does infiltrate the noise. Light sleepers are encouraged to bring ear plugs. Parking is adjacent to the hotel, but difficult to find. Ask at check in and a friendly staff will show you the parking entrance - black garage door on a side street. The mini bar is not properly evaluated, so take inventory upon check in to ensure you do not get unnecessary charges. Each room has a separate TV. But, do not watch TV. Instead explore the wonderful city of Granada. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good location, comfortable but limited breakfast

May 10th, 2019

We stayed for 2 nights on a train tour of Andalusia. The place is clean and functional with comfortable rooms. It’s close to the Arab quarter, Catedral and entrance to the Alhambra. Management isn’t great as we were given a suite where the water had been switched off to the bathroom because of a leak and then had to move. The receptionists seemed rather clueless and unaware of this issue, and gave little introduction to the suite, especially the air con. Breakfast is served in your suite. You can specify what to drink but there is no choice of food offered. Cereals came with sugared yoghurt but no cold milk(!) We changed cornflakes for muesli on day 2 but only because we asked. Why not have a sheet for guests to choose what they want? TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Well-positioned, huge room, nice breakfast service

May 3rd, 2019

Very conveniently located, just north of the Cathedral and close to Albaicin as well. We had a huge room with a kitchenette, a walk-in wardrobe and of course two spacious bedrooms. The room service for breakfast was really a plus we didnt know about, its true a few apples/bananas would be good but still a very enjoyable breakfast. Anyway a perfect solution for families and at reasonable price too for the quality. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
