Friendly hotel in center of town

Lovely hotel with nice family rooms (separate kids room and bathroom). We enjoyed 1/2 pension more than anticipated and very convenient with Covid situation. Always felt safe as protocols well observed. With kids, the walk home from ski school was a bit of a drag... TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Genuinely lovely hotel stay

Left UK on 4 November ahead of 2nd lockdown to visit our daughter in SaaS Fee. Wanted somewhere to WFH Mon - Frid. Hotel put me in a third floor room with separate lounge area and placed a table in the corner on which I could work The room was fantastic - lots of space and great views from balcony and windows of the glacier. Restaurant team were great - esp Rosanne - for both breakfast and evening meal. Achieved all objectives - saw my daughter - lots of work done and - skiiing weekends Highly recommend this hotel if visiting SaaS Fee TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

An all-around feel good Hotel

With a very friendly and competent personnel, a good location, nice rooms (got an upgrade) and two in-house restaurants, this hotel is a very good choice. With his own ski-room (heating system vor the boots), shuttle service and a very nice breakfast it is perfect for skiing holidays. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Great 12 day break

We came as a party of 2 families, we found the hotel to be excellent; the service and friendliness of all the staff was superb and made us feel very welcome. On our arrival we were given booklets of fun activities and hikes to choose from. The room was beautiful, spacious and was very clean, it also had the most perfect view of the village and the mountains. The pool and wellness area was excellent and the rules were perfectly fitting for the covid situation. We were on half-board and the food was varied and high standard, we were served by Roxanna and her team, she was very attentive and excellent and we would just like to give her special recognition. We would definitley recommend this hotel as it is a relaxing and a very high standard. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Lovely hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food, good buffet choice for breakfast, a la carte dinner which was superb. Very clean with lovely little touches of chocolates on pillows when rooms are cleaned. Style of hotel is mixed, our son's room was kind of swiss style, bright and airy, our room was very spacious, more edwardian style with a lovely balcony. Log fire in the bar. Great ski locker area, clean and warm. Loved our stay and would definitely return. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
