The worst service I have a head at a hotel

Apr 25th, 2019

I have one of the worst experience with this company is my first time staying with you all I booked at a location and for some reason because at that location a book that showed a price that was supposed to be there buys been individually owned by without honor that price so therefore I had to pay the full price versus the enterprise that I was booked to play plus they move my book into another hotel which I wasn’t at I had to sit outside for at least about another hour and a half with customer service to try to get it fixed without the guy inside was not trying to help me to get it fixed at all TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Never again

Didn’t have to stay after all and since it was prepaid they didn’t want to Reimburse me my money. Spoke to manager in the hotel and he claims it was to late to cancel. I ended up going home anyways and just loss my money TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Small, dank and creepy

Dec 10th, 2017

Don’t let the advertised pictures fool you. The place is hidden in an old rundown area. The check in counter and where the “breakfast” is served takes up the same are as one of the rooms. The walk way smelled of urine. Room is dark and smelled musty. Top sheet was stained. Hand soap dispenser that was attached to the wall was just sitting on the counter. Bed was kinda hard. Needs painting. The ceiling that’s painted to look like the sky is cheesy. Other than that, the room was otherwise clean, but that’s the only good thing I can say. Thank goodness it was just an overnight stay. It’s really nothing more than a Super 8 Motel. In no way worth $105 per night! You live and you learn. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Not bad Not Good

May 11th, 2016

In all fairness the Staff was very friendly and the Manager tried to accommodate me when I complained that our room wreaked of smoke. He said it was a nonsmoking room but offered to change the room. I was feeling very ill and was not up to moving my bags and climbing stairs. The next day I did show them how the blanket was full of cigarette burns. Again, he offered to change rooms but I had a fever and didn't even feel like getting out of bed. Also, the complimentary breakfast is pretty bleak. The air conditioner was sooo loud. No conditioner and bathroom skimpy. But you get what you pay for. And I do have to say that April (the counter girl) and the Manager were always super nice. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Friendly, clean, good value

This motel was easy to find, and the Patel's are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very big, clean, and reasonable price. I would suggest investing in thicker pillows for the beds. Had difficulty sleeping due to flat pillows. I think they would have gladly provided additional pillows had we requested them, but didn't see the need for a one-night stay. Otherwise, our stay was really good for one night to attend a wedding. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
