I came here with 4 friends n we got kicked out because one guy started a fight with us telling us don’t yell at the casino then they called the police the officer told us nicely to cash our chips and leave then the guy keep yelling at guys so we started yelling back. We got kicked out but he didn’t it’s not fair. We come here every one week and he gets to stay but we get kicked out with out with out cashing out chips that’s not fair never coming back and I’m gone tell every single one of my customers not to come here. We weren’t treated fair because we not from here they took his word over ours. I’ll let every body know not to come here anymore. THIE Racist place because we Arabs TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights , we chose it because of its golf course , we played one day golf course was decent . Hotel check was not very smooth , we had booked it couple of months ago on Expedia , the front desk lady kept asking , did we just book the hotel , she finally found the reservation , rooms are decent and clean . Hotel does not provide any cleaning service citing COVID concerns , they still charge daily resort fee despite the fact it is pandemic and there is no service , even water is not stocked in the room . We had to call front desk to get some water bottles . There is casino in this hotel , we passed by quickly. We had a drink from the bar , over priced and not even a drop of alcohol was out in margarita , they just have us premixed margarita without any alcohol . So my advise is do not order any drink from the bar , instead go to a nice place and enjoy the drinks . Will not be coming back to this hotel . TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great Getaway Destination for Couples and Even Non-Gamblers
Nov 12th, 2020
This is a review from non-gambling guests: Our first visit to this resort was in October 2013 for a conference where my then-boyfriend proposed on the balcony of Orange Sky. We like to come back every year for our wedding anniversary to celebrate. It is a great place to go for a long weekend. We fly in mid-day and are at the hotel from the airport in 20-25 minutes. Check-in is always a breeze, rooms are always spacious, clean, and in excellent condition. Staff is ALWAYS kind, courteous, helpful, and friendly. Lounging by the pool is always fun - lots of people to meet and the poolside staff is always very attentive and thoughtful. I feel like we never want for anything when we are there. The Spa is not to be missed -- we opt for a couples massage with a pre-soak bath for maximum relaxation. If you choose to visit the Spa, plan for a half day, so you can take advantage of the saunas and extra amenities, as well as lunch on their private balcony. We like to stay in the Scenic Executive King rooms -- lots of windows and light, and a large balcony with great views (in the North tower). Only thing missing from the room is a nice tub to relax in, but it is a small thing compared to the comfort and spaciousness of the room. The food is great and very reasonably priced. There are a lot of options no matter the time of day (or night). Orange Sky is extra special: beautiful outdoor dining on the top floor with gorgeous views (especially around sunset time). Both food and service is exceptional, but plan on at least $100 per person. Downtown/Old Town Scottsdale is only a short Uber ride away, so it's nice to get out for a fun night on the town, bar hopping, or checking out other fun and unique restaurants. As mentioned, we are not gamblers, so we don't spend much time on the casino floor (except when picking up a quick bite to eat or a drink at the bar), but this place has so much to offer, we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun weekend away. We are already booked for October 2021, and staying on the club level this time, so looking forward to a little something extra :) COVID note: our most recent stay was in October 2020 during COVID restrictions. We were sad Orange Sky and the Spa were (understandably) closed, but still had a wonderful time. The staff did their best to make the new restrictions minimally intrusive, there were still a lot of food options (mostly takeaway), and we felt very safe in the extra-clean environment. I understand Covid, but the service was was terrible. Not one place in the casino could you get service from a waiter (unless you were gambling) . One diner type restaurant open in the entire facility. No room cleaning for 3 days. Only positive was bell staff. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Avoid This One. Advertised as Premium, Mediocre At Best

Nice room. Rude and disinterested pool staff and management. All drinks extremely overpriced, strictly metered, and served in cheapest of plastic. Most services closed. Casino full of low-lifes. The front desk manager and her supervisor would not credit our account for a daily resort fee, everything being unavailable, including the spa, most restaurants, and golf practice areas. I was made to feel insulted for booking with Hotels.com and was told it was my error for not using their own website. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
