Best Stay Ever!

Jul 6th, 2020

Staying here has been an absolute pleasure! Clean clean clean! Everything is freshly wiped and smells clean and makes you feel comfortable! Jason at the bar is an absolute pro! He’s friendly makes a stellar drink and you feel not so far from home, hands down best bartender I’ve had the pleasure of talking with. Really happy I’ve been lucky enough to stay here with such clean rooms and friendly staff! Awesome! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Hotel and service but didn't have Paris feel

Jun 29th, 2020

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was kind and helpful. Hand sanitizers were available in the lobby which was appreciated. The store inside of the hotel was amazing with carefully curated items that was fun to check out and purchase. Unfortunately due to Covid, the spa, main restaurant and afternoon tea were all closed/not offered. The morning my husband used the gym, he was surprised that there were no wipes available to wipe down the equipment after use. There was also no attendant there to do so either. I also wished the little go-to food shop that was open in the hotel offered fresh baked goods in individualized bags (which we did find at a nearby place called The Commissary). Instead, they offered the kind similar to ones offered on airplanes. Yuk. Also, there are a lot of homeless hanging out on the streets just outside the hotel. But not the fault of the hotel obviously. The only reason I'm not giving an excellent to the service was because they seemed to have too few workers on some days of our stay where sales and concierge people had to fill in as bellhops. The one who came to take our luggage was unable to lift anything so my husband ended up having to lift everything onto the cart himself. We would definitely stay here again though despite small drawbacks. It's a very lovely hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Wonderful Wedding Staff

I got married here recently and the staff was just amazing. In particular, our coordinator Avery and our wedding butler Augustine were absolutely phenomenal. I would strongly recommend the Adolphus as a wedding venue! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Fantastic Hotel!

Mar 21st, 2020

I attended a Christmas party and stayed the night in the Adolphus, in December of 2019. The hotel is beautiful and check-in was super efficient, from dropping off the car with the valet crew to getting keys from the front desk. I highly recommend visiting Cosmo at the bar, he is a true mixologist. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent Hotel with Lovely Staff

Mar 14th, 2020

Booked a stay for a family celebration. Accomodations were fantastic on every level possible. My family had to cancel because of the COVID-19 outbreak, however, the concert they were to attend is postponed, so they will be traveling to Dallas and staying at the Adolphus when it is rescheduled. The staff was incredibly accomodating and the Concierge, Whitney, helped me plan the event so that it was one that was truly a celebration of 50 years of marriage. Thank you so much.
