Fantastic and unique hotel experience

Feb 16th, 2020

My wife and I spent Valentines Day here and LOVED it. The art in the hallways is one of a kind as far as hotels go. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was soft and relaxing. The staff at the front desk as well as in the restaurants was very kind. I definitely recommend it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great location

Hotel is perfectly located downtown near many restaurants and bars. The hotel has a great cocktail bar in the lobby - they know how to prepare an old fashion! Big room with comfortable bed and good views to the street. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Frat party!

Feb 9th, 2020

We stayed for Friday and Saturday nights. We were in town for Pacers v Pelicans game. Friday night was great. Plat 99 - lobby bar - is beautiful with very good service. We walked easily to St Elmos for dinner. Pretty quiet for a downtown hotel located on a busy street. Enjoyed breakfast at The Yolk which is located in the building. On Saturday we went to game. The hotel is so close to Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Returned from game to enjoy the lobby bar with friends. Noticed an event taking place and assumed it was a wedding. After trying to go to bed after midnight, we had to call front desk because room next door had TV volume so loud we felt as if we were in the room with them. In fact, we could make out most of the dialogue. The front desk was helpful and sent someone up immediately. We heard security knocking and the volume quickly diminished. However, now we could hear the music and apparent dancing from where we thought was the room above us. We could hear what seemed to be banging and assumed it might be other guests trying to get the attention of the partying guests. We continued to sleep and waken as this went on until about 1:30-2:00 AM. When we checked out, the front desk informed us the hotel hosted a fraternity formal not a wedding. I wish when my reservation was accepted, I was either invited to the formal or warned to stay elsewhere. My advice - beware and ask if local college students will be hosting late night parties while you are on a relaxing vacation and paying to sleep above, below or next door. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hotel and beautiful too

Feb 7th, 2020

This was a great stay. Very cool art all through the place. I did not try the restaurant but the bed was comfortable and the amenities were top notch. A bit pricey normally but we got a wonderful deal. Not really a kids hotel but located in the right spot for a night out with your spouse. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Wonderful Place to Stay

Feb 3rd, 2020

I love and appreciate dog-friendly hotels so much! We felt so welcome from the minute we arrived. Within a block of the hotel is a nice little green area to walk your pup. The room was a great size and very nicely furnished. The valet team, the front desk team and the cleaning team were all very accommodating. We had a wonderful dinner at Taxman Brewing Company (just across the street) and breakfast was delicious at Yolk (located in the same building as the hotel). We'll definitely be back!
