The Wisconsin Room was the original dining hall for Kohler's immigrant workers and it serves seasonal farm-to-table fare. The atmosphere is more casual at the pub-style Horse & Plow, which was originally the taproom for Kohler workers. The Winery Bar is located in a European-style wine cellar and serves international wines paired with small plates. The Greenhouse is housed in an antique solarium that was moved from England and reassembled at The American Club. It serves various coffee drinks, smoothies, ice cream, pastries and more.
