Fun hotel, great value!

Fun retro decor, super friendly staff, and close to Disneyland - from our room to security at the park was 10 minutes. Loved the pool and the poolside service. Room was a little small but we were only there to sleep and shower. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

There are numerous hotels within walking distance of Disneyland, but my husband and I settled on the Anaheim Hotel after finding a good deal on Priceline. We feel like we lucked out with this find! The entire staff was great. The staff member who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful, even though we were checking in late at night. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name! We also noticed staff members facilitating activities for kids during the day. Our room was spacious and clean. Our only issue was the shower. Water pressure was poor and the temperature alternated between scalding and cold. The lobby is spacious and features a bar that is open late. My husband bought a breakfast sandwich from the attached pizza restaurant one morning, but did not find it to be a particularly good value. We can’t comment on the quality of the pizza, but it appeared to attract a crowd after the park closed. This hotel may not be glamorous, but it served our purposes well and I was impressed by the high level of customer service. We would be happy to stay here again during future DLR trips! Great location.. poor housekeeping

Just arrived home tonight after staying 3 nights. Pros: Great location Looks nice and modern (until you get to your room) Friendly staff Nice happy hour options everyday 3-6pm and 9-11pm Hotel restaurant has pizza available until 1am Nice pool area Cons: The room could have been cleaner.. like way cleaner! If you are still in your room when your house keeper comes to service your room. They leave a note saying that your room won’t be cleaned that day and to contact guest services for any items needed. With all that said, I might would give them another try if they can tackle the cleanliness issue. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Worst Housekeeping Ever

If you don’t mind bringing along your own clean towels, cups, soap and a vacuum then this is the place for you. We stayed 5 nights and only received maid service one day, and that was because I requested it on my way past the front desk while leaving one morning. Never at any time did we ask to not have the maids come in. The most puzzling part was that one night we arrived at 11:00pm only to find that the maids had come in, untucked all of the sheets on the beds and then left them that way. They did not do one other thing. We literally had to clean up the maids mess before we could go to bed that night. When I reported this to the front desk staff they were certainly very apologetic, but their apologies did not get our room cleaned. The hotel is otherwise quite charming, but no one seemed to care about the basic service that we expect at a hotel. I cannot recommend it for that reason. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great rooms near Disneyland.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Staff are nice. Rooms are great, our ground floor room had a private patio area, beds comfy, lots of space. Heated pool was great on colder days, lovely hot tub. Its a a few hundred meters down the rd to the entrance to Disneyland parks and downtown Disney, i couldn't believe how close it was, you can walk there in under 5 mins. There are lots of cheap restraunts nearby but the pizza place at the hotel is good and price is even better. Plus cocktail hour between 9-11 pm in hotel bar. Lots of drinks and food only $5. We stayed an extra couple of days as it was such a nice hotel, and drove to all the other places we wanted to visit in LA as we couldn't get such a nice hotel for that price anywhere else.
