Amazing View

Jul 9th, 2020

We spent 3 days at the Antler. We had a corner room with an exquisite view. Large glass windows on both walls which faced Pike Peaks. The view was great, but the service was better. The staff attended to our every need. We arrived earlier than planned and kept our luggage while we went out for dinner. The following morning we were able to walk to a quaint restaurant for breakfast. Great shops and restaurants in walking distance. Next time in town, will definitely be the Antlers. Worst Hotel Experience

Jul 7th, 2020

I typically travel and stay in hotels about 20-30 nights per year for both business and personal in a pre- Covid environment. I recently took the family for a 2 day trip to Royal Gorge area and opted to stay in Colorado Springs for one night. We chose the Wyndham Antlers primarily due to its decent reviews, website information (room photos, amenities) and location. Unfortunately it turned out to be the worst hotel experience I have ever had: 1) AC unit in room was extremely loud, turning on and off all night preventing us from getting any sleep. 2) Website provided updates on hotel limitations due to CoronaVirus (ie indoor pool closed, etc), but said nothing of discontinuation of room service or valet parking. We did not find this out until we arrived. I have stayed at other hotels during Corona that provide this so it is not a definitive Corona limitation. 3) I paid considerably more for an “Executive Suite”, which turned out to be just two separate rooms joined by a middle door, where one room had bed replaced with a couch. It was the worst representation of an “Executive Suite” I have ever experienced. 4) We called the front desk 3x from the phone in our room and not one time was it answered. 5) Paint, caulk and TV wiring looked like it had been done by a 13 year old. 6) Parking was extremely complicated at worst and confusing at best. This was Colorado Springs; not Manhattan. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Not very accommodating

Jul 2nd, 2020

Just passing through for a night on the way the Estes. Hotel looks nice, staff seems warm however told I may not sit on the deck till 10am in fear I may use the pool. Just want to read in peace and sip my coffee. Instead was pointed to a park on the street. I do understand rules must be followed however this rule seems to be out of date. Room was clean, bathroom could have been a bit better. Overall would not stay here again unless the price dropped significantly. Plus side is Starbucks in the lobby!!! Oh the Joy that is caffeine ! It wasn’t what we were expecting

Jun 29th, 2020

I felt like the things I read about the hotel online didn’t ring true when we arrived.....we were missing a pillow on our bed, which is whatever......no liners in the trash can, no guest laundry, the spa menu is in the room, but it’s closed. I feel like you should put that on your website. We had no idea that we would have to park in a parking garage which didn’t work on one of the nights and we had to pay $20 cause the machine wouldn’t give me my change huge BUMMER!!! We called for towels on our third day in the morning 3 times over an hour period BUT NEVER RECEIVED the towels had to dry off with old towels from the night before.....which is dreadful when you have a $500 hold on my debit card...... had to call at midnight that night and get towels brought up by a very kind security guard who’s name I didn’t get, BUT THANK YOU TO WALKER FOR GETTING THE TOWELS TO OUR ROOM WITHIN 10 minutes!!!! You are an awesome soul and made our day waaaaaaay better. Also CASSANDRA is an amazing presence in your hotel she’s very informative and knows a great deal about Colorado Springs.
