Covid Easy

Jul 7th, 2020

This hotel is well prepared and ready to provide all customers a Covid free experience. It’s in a perfect location, near all attractions and great dining. (Remember to check which restaurants are open for dining compared to takeout). All of the north end is open for outdoor dining. More about the hotel, the rooms are noise proof and you sleep like a baby. You can’t go wrong at Loews Boston. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great stay and location

Mar 1st, 2020

Stayed at Loews Boston for four nights as part of a business trip - driving 30 minutes north to Beverly every day. Great location with 10 minute walk to the main park (from where the Freedom trail start). Good rooms - obviously without the avoidance of traffoc noise - but ok and expected for a central location. No breakfast buffet - but a la carte - with good choices (even for my travel companions - one vegetarian and one lactose/gluten intolerate). All in all a recommendable stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Service was excellent

Feb 28th, 2020

I stayed here for two nights for business and was impressed how friendly the staff was. The hotel is very unique as it used to be the police station. My room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the large shower with two heads. I would certainly stay again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The amenities fee is sleazy

Feb 28th, 2020

Hotel is fine, location good. But the fact that they charge every guest a $20 amenities fee that is not included in the listed room price is unethical. It does not matter that they give you a gift certificate for Uber and for the restaurant and whatever else. If you are charging every guest this fee it should be reflected in the published room price. By doing this it can appear that their rooms are less expensive than other hotels that do not have surprise fees they add to a room rate. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Lovely hotel with fantastic customer service

Feb 16th, 2020

I visited the hotel recently on a business trip and found the rooms to be very nice and comfortable! Our bags hadn't arrived on our flight and the hotel were amazing at providing us the toiletries we needed and checking we were ok - they even went out to the shop to buy something I needed! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
