Amazing stay in the presidential suite penthouse
Jul 11th, 2019
Pros - New Years Eve was our lucky night! I had reserved a “regular” room, but we were upgraded to a penthouse suite at check-in. I have no idea what I did to deserve this karmic treasure, but damn, that’s one amazing suite! Full views of the city, spacious, modern, lovely, and just plain fantastic. Apart from a couple of drinks downstairs at the Precinct Bar, we didn’t leave the room and enjoyed a stellar NYE indoors. - Precinct Bar: We’re bar snobs, and one of the reasons why I booked us at the Lowes is because, at least in my experience, its on-site restaurants and bars tend to be pretty awesome spots. Precinct is no exception. The bartenders were very, ahem, talented, and the drink menu rivals that of some of the city’s best craft cocktail joints. We only drank and had some charcuterie, so I cannot speak to the rest of the dinner menu, but the place was full of diners, and a couple next to us at the bar were Bostonians who like eating there. - Location: Copley Square is full of great shopping and bars. Cons - They put us in the penthouse. There were no cons. Good to Know - The hotel is just down the street from a T station — literally a couple blocks away. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Sunniest Room for My Birthday!
Jul 8th, 2019
I love the Loews Boston Hotel! I live about 7 minutes from it and decided to treat myself to a luxurious little stay-cation for my 40th birthday. Kaitlin, at the front desk, is so sweet!! I told her it was my special day and asked if I could have a room with tons of light. She gave me the most perfect corner room with lots of windows and a great view! I filled the room with flowers, got some champagne, and had my friends over to pregame before a night on the town. Everyone loved it!! This may be the start of a new tradition :-) Thanks Kaitlin, you're the BEST! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Best hotel for a while....

First of all, I want to shout out to the AMAZING staff I had the pleasure to interact with throughout my stay at Loews Boston Hotel: Ryan/Heather/Maeve/Sandy. This trip to Boston was a much-needed yet long over-due getaway from my crazy and exhausting work life. Upon choosing the hotel, I was determined that I am going to pick a hotel at a convenient location yet still quiet enough for me to enjoy a couple of good nights of sleep. In the end, Loews was the only option and it did not disappoint at all. Location-wise, Loews is located in the Back Bay area which has everything you can think of, whether you'd like to go shopping, watch movies, have a nice meal, or just take a stroll around, this is the neighborhood you should consider. Amenities-wise, this hotel is also equipped with everything you can think of. At the lobby they have coffee and fresh lemonade ready for the residents. I indeed enjoyed a couple of nights of sound sleep which was exactly what I need. The room was also squeaky clean and spacious with decent air-conditioning and lighting. The gym, although on the smaller side, also has most of the necessary equipment. I was pleasantly surprised they have got a few Peloton bikes. They also have clean towels, apples, even a few sets of earphones for the users. This hotel literally has almost everything you could think of and more. Service-wise, this is where I will give this hotel a 11 out of 10. Upon checking into my room, I almost immediately got a text from Maeve, checking in to see if everything in the room looks fine. The morning before I checked out, I texted to see if I may check my luggage with the front desk after I check out. I also almost immediately got responded from three different people, Ryan/Heather/Sandy. All these text exchanges were also very personal and friendly which made me feel as if I was chatting with a group of old friends. Another shout-out to Ryan, and much appreciation to his recommendation, I was able to grab to some pastry on my way to the airport. Seriously, I already miss the hotel and these amazing people so much that I can't wait to go back and stay longer!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stayed here for a weekend getaway. Perfect Location: walked to Fenway Park, Boston Public Gardens, Cheers etc. Easy breezy check in and check out. Spacious and clean room; robes, heated towel rack and comfy bed. Hotel has a boutique city feel and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Offered us umbrellas and ponchos one evening when it was raining - nice touch. Had the valet parking & breakfast package which is well worth it. Amazing lobster & crab benny at Precinct restaurant. Would highly recommend and stay exceeded expectations. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
