New renovation falls short

Jul 14th, 2019

The new renovation has diminished this beautiful property. It is now generic in every way, yet charges the highest prices in Rehoboth. It was once worth the price, but is now a shadow of what it once was. Yet the prices are higher than ever. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

First Stay at the Bellmoor

Jul 14th, 2019

If you have never stayed at the Bellmoor would definitely recommend it. The location is great and the rooms are spotless and updated. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was enough variety for everyone. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Fabulous x 100

Jul 11th, 2019

We’re big fans of Rehoboth Beach and have stayed at some great hotels in the area. This was our first stay at the Bellmoor — and they converted us. It’s where we will stay when we get our Reho on from now on. From the suites to the spa to the grounds to the most-perfectly-walkable location, trust me: Your life needs a little Bellmoor in it. Pros - We stayed in the Rodney Suite. Our room had a hot tub, fire place, a large TV and was just down the hall from the club lounge. If we didn’t have an agenda (North Shores, Blue Moon, drinks here, there and everywhere), we would have zero reason to leave. - The spa was great. My partner and I were hoping for nail services and a massage, but we booked late during a holiday weekend and only massage appointments were available. Diane was great. If you have not experienced a bamboo massage, it’s heaven — stress just melts away. - A hot gourmet breakfast prepared by the staff of Lupo? Yes, please. Enjoy a made-to-order omelet or help yourself to fruit and cheese. Sip your coffee in the sun room, or just steps away in the actual sun. - The service is the toppest notch of top notch. We actually requested to switch rooms and it was not a trial at all. I had booked us a room at the Palmer House, but upon seeing it, it wasn’t for us. It’s fine — just not for us. The Palmer House is situated on the grounds near one of the outdoor pools, and my sensitive snout picked up on the chlorine smell from the room. I’m sure no one else would have this issue — it’s a quirk of mine, I love swimming, but I don’t want my room to smell like chlorine! So, of course, this was NOT an emergency, and the inn did NOTHING wrong. I’m just weird. Nevertheless, the front desk staffer got us another room right away. - Location, location, location: Downtown Reho is so much fun. You can keep your car parked at the Bellmoor for your entire stay and take a very quick stroll to the beach, the restaurants, the bars — everything is in reach. Cons - None come to mind. We were there during one of the busiest weeks in Reho (around July 4) and everything was great. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Bellmoor has moore of everything!

Jul 11th, 2019

We visit at least once a year every year since the Bellmoor opened. Each stay is consistently excellent. The personal attention of the Moore family who developed the hotel is evident daily. the attention to detail is amazing. Whether you go to the beach, one of the 2 hotel pools or just sit in the garden and meditate to the trickling water fountains there is no better place to stay in Rehoboth. The hotel has good relationships with many of the restaurants so they can secure you a table when the restaurant claims to be booked. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
