We visited the poolside restaurant for brunch. The food was delicious and the smoothies were incredible! They were also very attentive regarding my nut allergy which was much appreciated. Could not fault the service - they were all lovely. Highly recommend a visit here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A peaceful pause in time

After a flight of 14 hours alone and exhausted with the horror of a growing Corona virus, I only had 24 hours to enjoy my time in LA before flying to Atlanta.. so took an advise of a friend and went to Beverly Hills Hotel Polo Lounge for bruch. It really made my day! Like a journay in time, sitting in the cosy lounge where once Marilyn Monroe sat right across my table, took me back to another mood. I have to give my special thanks to ‘Ana Perez’ who not only gave me the best of a quality service and delicious breakfast tips but also a warmly welcoming and a professional corporate image and brief information on the historical story of the hotel and valued celebrity guests. Not only that I enjoyed her accompany, it was so important to value the time I spent in that chic lounge where once upon a time hosted iconic figures of my life .. a must see place for sure . Next time to spend the night hopefully - can not imagine a starry night in the perfectly beautiful garden .. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
One of the greatest hotels in the world

''Los Angeles is a large city-like area surrounding the Beverly Hills Hotel'' - Fran Lebowitz That about sums it up! They have done an amazing job maintaining the history of this hotel while keeping the hotel fresh and modern. All that and the best service we've ever received across 4 continents - just fabulous! I first read about this hotel as a child in a drab Irish housing estate in the 1970s. I imagined it to be an almost heavenly place of colour, glamour and excess and 45 years later I made it there and it exceed all my expectations. Just sitting in the garden sipping a coffee and listening to the birdsong is worth the room rate. We had a deluxe room with balcony and I do recommend going for a room with outdoor space to take advantage of the great climate. You must have the chocolate souffle! - I was very naughty and had one delivered every night as a bedtime snack - and the McCarthy salad. The bar is so nice with great views and less well known and therefore quieter than the other areas of the hotel. Ask them to make you the cocktail from their sister hotel The Bel Air - Monroe's Passion. One piece of feedback for management - your website is very pretty and creates the right mood but you need better pictures of the rooms. The suites have great pictures and floor plans but it's not easy to pick a room category with the lack of pictures. We will be back in 2020, looking at the bungalow room vs bungalow room with patio on the website and none the wiser as to what we might expect or if the patio room is worth the rate. Visited the poolside restaurant for lunch, the Asian chicken salad. Both members of the group who had this thoroughly enjoyed it ! Food and service was excellent, as was the surrounding hotel and environment itself, will hopefully visit again ! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
