Another Fabulous Stay

Jul 8th, 2019

I have been here many times and it gets better each time like a fine wine!! This resort has it all together. Staff is so great always a smile and hard working. The hotel is immaculate and wonderful comfortable rooms. They gave us just what we requested. The food is fabulous but a little pricey. The breakfast buffet that was included was amazing! Cannot wait for our next visit. See you soon Breakers 💋 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Fantastic Staycation during 4th of July weekend at Flagler Club

Jul 8th, 2019

We stayed two nights at the Flagler Club and it met all our expectations. Not only are the grounds at the Breakers absolutely stunning , the service was outstanding as well. I was reminded of Europe in every possible way, from the breathtaking grounds to the attention to detail from the staff. Although the rooms at the Flagler Club are on the small size, the quality of all the furnishings, amenities, bed sheets, bathrobes and every possible amenity you may dream of, it was well worth the rate of the room and we do highly recommend to others. Our experience with the Flagler Club can be best described with one word: continuity. From the moment you are greeted and whisked away to a private check in on the top floor, to each and every time you are taken to your dinner in their Tesla by one of their drivers, to having a drink on their rooftop area, to arriving at dinner at the Flagler Steakhouse and having glasses of champagne welcoming you from the Flagler Club....everything was seamless and designed for our stay to be effortless and, as such, completely relaxing. We are a child-free couple and did find ways to enjoy the resort away from children if needed to. The Spa for example, gave us an entire afternoon of adults only relaxation. The inside of the Spa was absolutely beautiful and the services there phenomenal as well. Our only recommendation is to be more attentive to the Beach experience. As Flagler Club guests, it would have been perfect to have had an area of the beach designated for Flagler Club guests, and perhaps with beach beds and more attentive beach service for maximized comfort. Bottle service and beach concierge for the Flagler Club guests would have matched our beach experience to the rest of the resort, and to other 5 star beach resorts we have stayed at. But truly, it was a perfect stay and we are so grateful to the staff who all went out of their way to help us feel pampered and relaxed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Perfect for special occasions

Jul 7th, 2019

Booked a room with a partial view of the ocean to celebrate my birthday. Hotel is a perfect setting for a wedding or special group event too. Loved being pampered by courteous & friendly staff who made us feel welcomed. Enjoyed work outs in be ultra modern gym. Fabulous dinner at the cool HMF restaurant & highly recommend the Baked Alaska for a celebratory dessert. Totally chilled by the beach & fabulous pools where I drank specialty cocktails served by superb staff! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Overpriced Food at a Two Star Restaurant

Jul 6th, 2019

I guess most people go to the restaurant for a drink. It couldn't be for the food! The restaurant doesn't come close to so many restaurants around with top quality cuisine. Meals and pastries are not worth the money! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Memorial Day Getaway

Jul 2nd, 2019

I spent Memorial Day Weekend with my family at the Breakers. We had not stayed there before but had eaten there. We were lucky to get renovated rooms (which we requested but were not guaranteed) and they were small but nice. Only issue was being on the a lower floor we were able to hear the music from the restaurant/bar on the main floor. The hotel was lovely and very well run. I can't say the same for the pool area. It was a mess, my guess is that since service charge is included in your food and drink costs no one wants to hustle. Getting chairs was a pain and there was really no one there handling the process. Food around the pool was average but what I did like is they kept the food away from the pool area. Not optimal for an afternoon snack but it kept the place much cleaner. Overall for a resort that is so well respected I would give it a B at best. Its a great location but for the price they charge (especially in season) I am hard pressed to see the value but they are really the only game in palm beach so they have a captive audience. A few tips, don't stay on a lower floor, get to the pool early and get a renovated room. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
