Good location. But the front desk agents speak to you like your there grandchild... instead of professionals. I’m in hotels at least 20 weeks out the year which means I’m a diamond member... your not honored a late check out at this hotel even when the hotel is not occupied 100%. I slept next to a room that look like housekeeping decided to finish it another day, I barely had any guest on my floor and I’m not honored a late checkout? This hotel definitely don’t care if your a diamond member... you will still get talked to like a grandchild, and you get no diamond member amenities TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. They are SCAMMERS and SHADY. The booked this hotel through booking.com. The first problem was that they charged me up front when in the booking confirmation it told me I would be paying when I arrived to the hotel. I thought that was very fishy... but I decided to just let it be, which now I realize was a HUGE MISTAKE. Well, the day before my boyfriend and I were suppose to leave to Nashville, my boyfriend starting getting sick with COVID-like symptoms. He was coughing and having trouble breathing, so the doctor was worried he had COVID and had him tested. I was not going to go to Nashville if he could potentially have COVID and get other people sick, so I had to cancel the stay. I explained the situation to the hotel and requested a refund of my money. They denied the request because I did a “no cancellation, prepaid reservation” which I NEVER signed up for. It literally said in the confirmation that I had free cancellation and would pay when I arrived. DEFINITELY WILL NOT be staying here when I do make it to Nashville. They would rather their guests come to stay at their hotel with COVID rather than keeping their guests safe and refunding them. VERY BAD BUSINESS AND UNETHICAL to not be understanding during this GLOBAL PANDEMIC. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I've stayed at a lot of hotels, but these folks want your repeat business!! Alisa at the front desk makes sure you you have parking if you use your car, will look for any discounts you're eligible for, can do approximately 7 things at the same time well!! We really couldn't have just dropped into Nashville and and winged it without her. The accommodations are modern and good looking. Breakfast scratch made. Its a very special boutique hotel right in the heart of everything, with a price tag that says Super 8. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

There’s a reason there’s a no refund policy for this MOTEL. The description of amenities is deceiving. Although you book with no refund, your understanding is that there will be no refund in the normal course of business. These are outside-entry rooms. Very unsafe. I wish I had taken pics. Although, before I even walked inside I passed a beat-up valet stand that had cobwebs on it shoved in a corner. An internal alarm went off. Also, this motel looks like it was built in a parking garage. The “restaurant” and “bar,” PLEASE!!!! Wish I had a pic of that for sure. There’s an OLD elevator. At this point you are nervous about the room you are about to enter. And sure enough, your concern is validated. The nicest thing in this room was the headboard. It goes downhill from there. It had a bad smell. The floor was uneven. I immediately called the front desk and explained how I felt about the deception of the description of their motel. I was highly upset and wanted a refund, which of course was refused. We left immediately and found a nice place to stay. The problem I have with all this is I feel like the very least they could have done, if they did not want to refund, is either just charge one night only or at least offer a stay at another Choice hotel. I have filed a complaint with Choice about this establishment. I also filed a dispute with American Express. Am Ex contacted the motel and were provided a copy of the no refund policy. Therefore the charge has been put back on my card, although I was not there more than 15 minutes. FOUR NIGHTS CHARGED TO ME FOR 15 minutes! I understand no refund policies are in place for a reason but when you have a customer so upset they will not even unpack their bags because of the misrepresentation, you would think they would at least work with you To Capitol Hotel: If you care about customer service at all, you could at least figure out a way to settle this dispute. I have now seen (which I wish had seen before I booked) very similar complaints as mine. I will be contacting Choice Hotels again to further dispute these charges and will be disputing with American Express again. This is the only time in my life I have ever filed a complaint against ANYONE. This motel is not keeping the standards of what you would expect of the Choice brand. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Staff was excellent,friendly and helpful.Breakfast was great and plentiful.Only a 20 minute walk (3 1/2 blocks) to Broadway. Less to Printers Alley.Right across the street from the Capital bldg. and memorials. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
