A small casino but nice

Aug 24th, 2020

Cromwell has a small casino, but it was a nice property with a good vibe and a central trip location which was convenient. The new host there (who approached us when we were gambing and said hello/introduced himself) was also friendly. I'd gamble here again, though it's not my absolute favourite or anything. Gorgeous Hotel, Great Location and Layout

May 18th, 2020

This is hands down my favorite high-end hotel on the strip. Also helps that my cousin and I got the Parlour Suite. We booked on a random girls trip and the space was awesome. The suite came with a fridge and sink as well as a tub in the bedroom and a stand-up shower with a steam shower. There was actually a LUSH across the street that we walked to and picked up some bath bombs to enjoy on our girls trip. I am just obsessed with the way they decorated the place (see my pictures). It is a GORGEOUS property that I cannot wait to go back to. Location is walking distance to many cheaper shops too, which is always nice. If money is an issue, there are nicer hotels on the strip for a quarter of the price. One downfall I felt too was that the pool is really catered to Drai's nightclub and day club. So, our pictures by the pool were at like 9-10am before the day club opened, 'cause then you have to pay for a spot. However, if you're looking for a luxury-stay with adequate space, I would choose this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Rude employees when they should have been glad people were there at all

Mar 19th, 2020

The blackjack dealer was so weird and rude. The cocktail waitress wanted to charge me for an espresso martini because I was "only platnium" -- this is ridiculous. A man who was "diamond" status ordered my drink that was free in February. I wanted to be there to support those who were going to be laid off, but these two made it very difficult. FUN FUN FUN......Always Fun at The Cromwell

Mar 17th, 2020

We fell inlove with The Cromwell upon visiting the lounge for some awesome music 4 years back. We decide we would stay there on our next visit and continue to do so often. The regular rooms are very lush and nice, great decor like Restoration Hardware stores, not huge rooms but a nice layout for 2 people. I prefer the suite as I need a bathtub for my back. All of the staff is awesome from the front desk, bell staff, security, management and all bar staff. We love our Angelina,Spencer and Devon to name a few. Room service is easy to do off your phone and Eatwell was delicious. FUN FUN FUN TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Friendly and Affordable

Easily could find a $5 table to play cards - Mississippi stud is my favorite - The waitresses providing beverage service were outstanding. I stayed at the Westin - no gambling - so Cromwell was an easy walk TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
