Loved this hotel! Great location, easy walk to restaurants in Soho. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and room was large by NYC standards. Bed was comfortable and bathroom well laid out. Would stay there again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My wife and I stayed here in March 2020 right as the U.S. COVID-19 infection rate was spiking. The hotel itself hits every note, gets everything right. The physical environment is gorgeous and tastefully decorated. Our view of the city from our room was amazing. The room was comfortable, stylish, well-maintained and clean. It lacked nothing. Customer service is second to none - every interaction we had, from check-in forward, was warm, efficient, and generous. This applies to everyone we interacted with, but a special shout-out to Felix! He helped us out and helped us save money when it would have been easier to just let us make our own mistakes. I can't say enough good things about our experience at the Dominick Hotel! If you're staying in SoHo, this is the spot. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

On February 29th I propose to my girlfriend at the Dominick Hotel, we stayed in the SOHI King bedroom suite with the bed and breakfast package. The View was amazing in the day, the city Skyline was breathtaking at night. We had ordered room service for dinner which was unbelievably excellent. The tomato soup with grilled cheese, Bell & Evan's roast chicken breast to the coconut sorbet, creme brulee and the bottles of champagne. The only negative things would be I find the bed to soft and I prefer a slightly firmer bed. However, my fiance finds nothing wrong with the bed or anything else other than breakfast. She's right other than the bed and I guess we have to agree to disagree. So I guess we'll be getting a Sleep Numbers bed, soon enough after the wedding. Breakfast did not live up to dinner expectations we had the American breakfast. The fingerling potatoes were dry and hard the chicken apple sausage was overcooked. The eggs, toast and juice was good. Overall the staff was so polite, kind and helpful. From Room service, the doormen to check-in with Tajeena. She's a doll, we love her, so cool and down to earth. She was so helpful and she saw how nervous I was checking in for my proposal. She was patient with me and towards helping me get it done properly, by making sure the room was to my liking and to anything else I needed. Even check-out with Gabriela, she was cheerful, friendly and very helpful in explaining to me the bill and how everything is broken-down. She took her time and went over everything twice to make sure there was no mistakes. I love how everyone who works there gives you that personal attention and care. Thank you to everyone that works there and to those who I've mentioned by name for making our first time and hopefully not our last time at the Dominick such a special and an amazing experience. A special thanks to Slava from in house reservations for helping me make the right decision picking the Dominick and towards making our proposal a memorable one for years to come. Thank you for your help and patience. Sincerely Ryan C. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
