WARNING: STAY AWAY

May 19th, 2020

Please stay away from this place. There is a $120 security deposit that is required for any stay. Over 2 months later, no refund of deposit. Numerous calls and still no refund. Facility smells bad too. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Money stolen from credit card + deposit not returned

Mar 26th, 2020

- Money was stolen from our credit card after taking a copy of the card - Deposit not returned for fake reasons, the owner does not communicate at all. - Bathroom was smelly and dirty. This place is a scam. Please do not ever consider coming here. The owner does not deserve your money and you will be ripped of. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A very fine low-end hotel

Mar 4th, 2020

We were afraid because this place has harsh reviews,in fact, it’s a very fine low-end hotel Room was nice, had a full equipped kitchen.Very practical: had our 11 mnth old with us. Shared bathroom, but never a line, clean. Downside: Only place to hand a towel or clothes: stall door. No place to put your soap. Excellent sound isolation. - Upon arrival, strong scent of cheap cleaning products, though the smell doesn’t linger (disapeared after opening window for a while). Floor seemed sticky at first. Downsides: 1)Can't control the heat.2)Radiator is on the floor before window, and becomes burning hot If you have a child - window ledge about knee high, not an option opening the window for a long amount of time. 3) Radiator sometimes makes loud metalic klinking. At night would drive anyone sensitive to noise bonkers, though. Bring earplugs. Receptionists not friendly/helpful. More discomforting: they take a carbon copy of your card. They aren't technically a hotel, but an apartment building, and they need a signed copy of the carbon as proof you were there. We felt even less comfortable because the woman who did the check-in peeked at the back of the card when doing the carbon. And, what if you wanted to pay cash? That they don't offer wifi allowing you to check your account easily, etc. doesn't make it better. Important to know you really have to have same payment card with you. It was a bit inconvenient also that we could only get one room key. 25$ locked-out fee is ridiculous. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The Grand NYC Apartments

Jan 14th, 2020

When we arrived to the hotel check-in was very easy after arriving from a long flight. The front desk did a great job in helping us get settled in which made my stay easy. This hotel is central of so many places which makes it even more amazing! Room were clean , has a small kitchen. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager Eliza, who greeted us at our stay she was so resourceful. Keep up the good work -Andrea TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Horrible service, bathroom/shower on the floor, absolutely incompetent receptionists, no connection with the owner. Wifi $5 PER DAY. No cancellation pissibility. Whenever problem arise, they send you to Booking.com. Would not recommend to anyone. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
