Recent guests found nearly every aspect of this Chelsea hotel charming, from the quirky room decor, including a vintage rotary phone, to the hotel's history as an old seminary. The hotel's friendly and attentive staff was also a standout among recent guests, some of which were relieved they didn't experience the pretentiousness typically associated with trendy boutique accommodations. Guest rooms at The High Line Hotel are well-appointed with C.O. Bigelow toiletries, stocked minibars, flat-screen TVs, windows with blackout shades and complimentary Wi-Fi access. There are no extra facilities on-site, but guests can make use of the hotel's complimentary bikes as well as arrange custom picnic baskets to take on their adventures around the city. This dog-friendly hotel also prides itself on being one of the first tablet, counter-less check-in hotels.
