If i can give this inn 0 stars I would. I booked this inn through hotels.com and immediately upon booking was charged for the first nights stay. Hours later i received an email from the hotel stating they are closed and have been closed since September due to Covid and hotels.com made a mistake by showing the listing. I immediately emailed the hotel back to ask for a refund and they did not reply. I have called and emailed multiple times and no response. Hotels.com informed me that it is the inns policy to charge for one night and they will not be refunding me after speaking to someone from the inn. How is this possible when I am unable to stay there due to the fact the hotel is closed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We enjoyed one night here. The room was spacious and homey with wall-to-wall carpeting, king bed, toiletries fridge, free wi-fi. It's convenient to shops and restaurants, too. It really has the charm of an old-fashioned inn. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
VERY NICE HOTEL

I'd give this place 4 1/2 stars if I could. The only negative is the lack of customer service. They lack an elevator & if your room is on the third floor, it's a hike. No front desk after "whenever" in the evening or before 8:30 AM. Smallest bars of soap I've ever seen. The clock didn't work. BUT, the room was lovely ! Very large, well appointed, & the beds were VERY comfy !!! The price was reasonable & the hotel is convenient to the restaurants & bars on the harbor. Will definitely stay here again !!! OK, the place is clean, but that is it. Once we checked in, there was no one at the front desk, no one working there at all. The front door was looked ( thank goodness our key opened the outside door) no house keeping for two days, no new towels, no garbage removed, no new sheets. I understand during covid things are different , but there was no one there even to ask. no phone number given, no way to reach anyone. I did stop by an adjacent hotel and was informed that this is normal for this hotel. In fact another couple that was checking in behind us was staying there because there was no way to check in. THEY WHERE LOCKED OUT! There are many other hotels there. But three are owned by this same group. the River house, the Inn at Camden place and extended stay. I would pick another choice. Sorry to be so harsh , but I travel a lot. and this has to be the worst service I have ever experienced. In Fact there was no service. I even had to find the laundry room to replenish my towels. Worst Ever. If you want a do it yourself hotel stay here. NO staff, NO cleaning, NO guests. WEIRD

First we started off talking to the women at the front desk, who was rather short with us and told us how bad business was.NEVER told us there would be was no staff ever and no cleaning during our stay. Not a good start, but I can get past someone having a bad day. Then she tells us she will be gone for the evening so if we need anything to call her. Get in the room, Clean enough, not great though. Bathroom fan has something wrong with it and makes the loudest noise Ive every heard. Also the faucet isnt attached to the sink. Get up the next morning, no one is there to tell. so we go about our day and come in at night No fresh towels, no barrels emptied and still no one there. Absolutely NO ONE ELSE is in this hotel not even guests. Spent two nights there, never any cleaning or fresh towels, we searched the hotel til we found our own towels. Went in another hotel to find info on Camden Inn and they said nobody is ever there , that She (dont know her name) checks in 1 or 2 days a week to make sure the place hasnt burned down. Other hotels are at 70% capacity. So I guess others were wiser than us to NOT STAY There. Never again TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
