Exceptional World-Class Service

Sep 14th, 2020

We just returned home from our stay at the Inn of the Five Graces. To say the service from the amazing staff at the Five Graces is extraordinary would be an understatement. We travel a lot and all over the world. We would highly recommend the Five Graces and we will definitely be back. Their AMAZING world-class spa is reopening soon as well. It is the MOST beautiful spa we have ever seen. You will be blown away. The cost is worth every penny. Go and enjoy! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A Masterpiece!

Sep 7th, 2020

We stayed 3 nights at the Inn of the Five Graces and it beat my expectations! I know all the reviews talked about the decor, but until you see it firsthand, you can't imagine how beautiful a hotel could be (and more specifically a bathroom!). It wasn't just the decor that blew us away though, but the staff as well. When we arrived, we got a room upgrade. They asked if they could do anything for us -- we said we would like mint juleps the next day for the Kentucky Derby ... of course they found mint for the drinks and had them ready for us. And lastly, at breakfast they had the most delicious chili cheese bread ... we loved it so much they gave us a loaf on departure. Also the server at breakfast was fantastic!! Definitely will come back as want to stay in all the rooms to see the different decor!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Beautiful retreat in a beautiful city ...

Aug 18th, 2020

We stayed here for two nights for the first time and have been amazed by the beauty of this place. Everything seems to be special and put there with a particular attempt to make it look beautiful. A great fusion of Southwestern designs and middle-eastern influences. The rooms were spacious and well organized. The staff extremely eager to help and provide an excellent service ... almost like going out of their way to make things work. Even in these difficult times. Very good place to stay!! Outstanding gem

Jul 23rd, 2020

My wife and I are taking a month long break from the pandemic and visiting our beautiful southwest country. Absolutely stunning, charming little Inn in the heart of downtown. Our room was so lavishly decorated we hesitated between staying inside the whole time or going out into town! :) The service is exceptional too. The staff goes out of its way to make you feel welcome. The gentleman who checked us in had a lovely accent and gave us a lot of useful information. He was very enthusiastic. He even gave us a tour of the hotel spa, which is amazing, though unfortunately closed. We loved the brekafast! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Beautiful Decor

Jul 6th, 2020

Honestly, the main reason to go to this hotel is for the decor. Absolutely stunning. Our room was SO beautiful. The tiling in the bathroom was GORGEOUS. Our room was by a courtyard so we couldn’t leave the windows open or people would look in. This was a bit annoying as the room was very dark the whole time, except for a skylight. The bed was super comfy as were the pretty lawn chairs in the courtyard. The service was okay—they were very nice, but I didn’t feel that they were as cautious as they should be with Covid-19. The day we got there, the very nice man showing us around came into the room with us—I realize he was just wanting to give us a grand tour of the beautiful space, but we have been sanitizing our rooms at hotels with a serious passion, so having someone in there was a bit uncomfortable in these times, sadly. Someone else then came in without asking to bring us some things. Not a HUGE deal, but something to note. Other than that, they welcomed us to our room with delicious chips and salsa, and my service dog even got some delicious treats! As an Amex Platinum member I really appreciated the perks—there was no spa credit, obviously, but we had a credit for dinner and a full minibar for free which is a WIN! It wasn’t an average minibar either. There was brie in there. The breakfast was delicious-loved the huevos rancheros!! The drinks at the bar were great too. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
