PRACTICALLY PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

Apr 18th, 2019

I have stayed at this hotel twice. I can not say enough about it. It will be my go to hotel in New York form now on. I will bullet point the areas of perfection. *Beautiful, warm, renovated to perfection *Outstanding staff, particularly bellmen and front desk agents *General manager was present, available, committed to excellence and it shows in every corner of this exquisite property * Immaculate *Location perfect for shopping, theatre *Bistro next door has wonderful French cuisine *Bathrooms have heated tile floors - nice treat in the winter *Comfortable, yet indulgent, warmly decorated rooms *Wonderful beds for a good night's sleep *2 blocks from Bryant Park *Two blocks from Grand Central *Did I say immaculate? Super friendly and professional staff. This is the most welcoming place to stay in New York, and beautiful hotel. I LOVE THIS HOTEL TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great stay, great price

Definitely a great place to stay if you're in midtown! Clean and very courteous staff members. The room was a good size as was the bed. Stayed on the 3rd floor, but it was still quiet. Would stay again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the theater district.

Apr 16th, 2019

We booked this hotel at the last minute for an over nite stay in NYC. It is a beautiful, clean hotel with a friendly, helpful staff in the middle of the theater district. The front steps are a bit steep for people who have mobility issues, but there is a bannister to hold onto. That is the only negative thing about this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

anniversary visit

Apr 16th, 2019

a wonderful experience; however, we probably would not stay again because the room/s are too small for our liking. we are thankful for a friendly staff, clean room and a quiet stay. I wish you great success with all the planned renovations TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Another great stay

Although the lobby, restaurant and bar are all currently under renovation, the hotel remains a great escape in the heart of Theatre district. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
