Close To Where We Needed To Go, But Glad It Was A Short Stay

Apr 21st, 2020

The hotel staff upon our arrival at 2:00AM was very friendly and hospitable. My friends and I were extremely tired and were looking forward to a few hours of sleep before we headed to the Today Show by 6:00AM. The one bed was very comfortable and the pull out was alright per my one friend that slept in it. As soon as lights were out and we were trying to go to sleep, it began to sound as though construction was being done above us. Some plumbing of some sort. We tried our best to sleep through it for those short few hours all of us getting frustrated as to what it might be. It wasn’t until we woke up to get ready to leave for the Today Show and I looked out there window and saw it was the big flags that were banging in the wind. So as nice of a cute boutique Hotel this was, I highly recommend requesting a room not by the windows with the flags if possible! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

You get what you pay for

Don't know why this shows up as a "4-star" hotel on certain listings. It's a budget hotel, simple as that. Water in the bathroom faucet turns brown for a few seconds every time you turn it on. Amenities are the cheapest junk available. The "gym" is tiny -- it's just a single hotel room converted into a gym. I couldn't even lift weights straight above my head without scraping the ceiling. Overnight before a cruise

Mar 11th, 2020

I loved it, coffee, food, location my ONLY grip was the comforter on the bed-it kept sliding off the bed (silky material) and I kept having to pick it up off the floor. Next time I'll ask for some cotton blanket.-lol. Good job in general. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A little Gem

Mar 8th, 2020

A boutique style hotel next to the American Doll store, across Rockefeller Plaza, right by Radio City Music Hall and blocks away from the theater district. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and efficient. Truly a hidden Gem! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
