Spent a night at The Langham and was highly impressed by the quality of service, the attentiveness of the staff was excellent and the room comfortable. The in house dining was superb. Could not have asked for a nicer night away. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The room was lovely, clean and well appointed but I found the best part of the Langham to be the staff. Wonderful service in a great location. I must say that I haven’t slept so well in a longtime and the beds were extra comfy. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I usually love the Langham, however this stay was not at the high standards I expect. Check in was not personal and warm. Breakfast was delayed and incorrect. Staff interaction was lower than minimal, it was like I stayed and no one knew I was there. Was certainly not value for money this time. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The langham just takes you back in time. Whilst the decor might not appeal to all i think it oozes class and sophistication. The staff are incredible - i attended a conference here and the facilities and staff were fantastic - also LOVE those pink pens 😍 would definitely recommend TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We were disappointed with the Langham. We arrived to check in and had to wait a while in the queue, then to be told our room wasn't ready yet. Check in was at 3pm and our room wasn't ready until 5pm! We were offered a $30 credit to compensate. We were too polite and should have asked for more - this wasn't even enough to cover 1 continental breakfast, not to mention the $7 delivery fee for room service even though the restaurant was closed. We had to call for a breakfast menu, there wasn't one in the room. The bed dipped so much where other people had slept, that we had no choice but to sleep in the dips; it wasn't very comfortable. The room was warm and we didn't want to sleep with the aircon on and without any spare (lighter) blankets, I woke up in sweats under the doona. If it weren't a 5 star hotel, these things wouldn't be a big deal. We had experienced much better at other hotels and we expected better for what we paid. Photos: continental breakfast: Ham and cheese with baguette , with no baguette provided. And croissants with a teaspoon for scale. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
