Great hotel near theaters
Aug 5th, 2020
We visited in early March and were happy with our stay. The hotel lobby was nicely decorated and the receptionist Lydia was very friendly and welcoming. Our Jr. Suite was a good size for being NYC. It was 1 bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room. The purpose of our trip was celebrating my daughter's birthday by watching a couple of musicals. The Lexington was well located to the theaters. The only downside we ran into was the restaurant. One evening we tried to get a late snack/light dinner at nearly 11pm and weren't able to. We were told the kitchen was closed. I then remarked it was okay and would order room service and was told there wasn't any room service. Of course we weren't happy about that because we were hungry. We managed to find something at a market across the street. If a hotel as a restaurant connected to it then room service should be offered. The hotel did offer complimentary water bottles, coffee, and tea in the lobby. Overall it was a good hotel and experience. I would stay here again. I would just keep extra snacks in the room. =) TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Hotel was in good central location, walking distance to most attractions (weather permitting). Staff were courteous, friendly and accommodating. Room & Bathroom were clean and adequate but not the largest. All in all good value for money. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Really nice hotel in NYC. Usually reasonably priced

I stay regularly at the Lexington as I frequently attend religious services at the Kabbalah Centre across the street. The hotel has a cool vibe. The lobby has a lively bar with live music and perfume is pumped in the air. I love the Marilyn Monroe/Joe DeMaggio theme that runs throughout the hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. I almost always get a good price. Easy walk from Grand Central Station. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Nice art-deco themed hotel. Nice as expected Marriott quality

Here is an Autograph property with the same feeling of quality that we come to expect from Marriott. Love the common/public areas, restaurant is good, and a Starbucks is attached to the lobby! And perfectly located at Lexington & 48th Street makes it close to Times Sq and all of mid-town. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
