Highly recommendable

Nothing to complain about this place! The rooms are very big, clean and modern. You need only a code to enter so no need to carry keys. In the basement there is a lounge with honesty bar and an average pool table. The location is right in the middle of the city but on a quiet street, so the nights are quiet. The staff was very friendly and welcomed us warmly even when we came back a week later (after driving around the country) and asked if we could store our luggage there for the day, which of course was more than OK. Our friends had stayed at the Lisbonaire previously and highly recommended it and we were not disappointed. Great location, spacious apartment and very helpful staff. The Rossio station is close by as are restaurants and easy access to all that Lisbon has to offer. Highly recommend. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Fantastic experience!

Jul 29th, 2019

From the moment we arrived we were completely happy with our choice to stay at The Lisbonaire Apartments. Over the span of our stay we met several staff members - all were exceptionally helpful, genuine and welcoming. Great tips and suggestions, they know their city and the things their clientele need and/or would be interested in. Highly recommend asking them for advice! The location was great - we were easily able to get around both on foot and using transit. We had a car and parked it in their lot for the duration of our stay. Apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and we were able to prepare meals with ease. There is coffee pods available for .5 euro in the common area so we would pop down for one in the morning which saved us buying pods which was nice. Laundry machines worked great and there is a drying rack and plenty of space so you aren't tripping over your laundry. Highly recommend! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Convenient, good value and nice customer service from the get-go

Jun 20th, 2019

props: the customer service we received from the get go was great! Very welcoming which makes a massive difference. Great location with straightforward transport links, easy to find once exiting the metro. Almost all of the kitchen utensils you need for a short stay. cons: the bathroom could have been a tad bit cleaner when we first checked-in however this was not a big issue as cleaning was daily. Also a bit trivial but a fruit peeler would have been useful. Things to consider: Be mindful of the very steep hill which you have to go up to reach the apartment. Noise is inevitable but bring ear pluggs if you are a light sleeper. Also the two twin beds (which we requested) are very close together in one room, so bear that in mind if it is a issue Thanks again! We are definitely coming back! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Convenient location near Rossio, Av Liberdade

May 13th, 2019

We stayed at the Lisbonaire Apartments for just one night, on arrival in Lisbon. Contrary to the Google Maps view, it does have a proper front door. Each room is unique; ours featured a wall covered in old newspaper graphics. Rooms are modern in design, a little stark, not cushy comfy, and the bed is a bit low to the floor. The room was spacious with table, chairs, and kitchen facilities which would make a longer stay easy. Desk reception was helpful with information and dining recommendations. We didn't have opportunity to take advantage of the hang-out spaces downstairs or on the rooftop. Parking--a rare feature--was under the building and challenging with tight turning in and out of the car elevator. I will return when in Lisbon again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
