Great Stay

Jun 22nd, 2019

This is a beautiful property, well maintained and super clean. Our room was large and comfortable, fast wifi and the free shuttle is very convenient to town. All of the employees were helpful and made for a very pleasant stay. We had dinner in the bar/lounge, Great soup and salad, very large portions. Would definitely stay here again. June 2019

Jun 21st, 2019

We were a family of 4 and stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is pretty basic in every way. The carpets are old and need replacement. There are no areas to sit out in this hotel. In a beautiful pl like Jackson that’s a negative. Our room overlooked a parking lot. The breakfast was just ok. I won’t stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Not overly impressed - just ok

Jun 15th, 2019

Booked this as the last stop on our trip - thought it would be very very nice - as a bit of a treat. Fact is, it was nice enough but not fantastic. Bar area small and uncomfortable - nowhere to relax and unwind. Just your hotel room really. The bar was dead on Friday night. Pool area fine but the photos are much better...there was a divider down separating the outdoor pool from the inside one - unlike the amazing photos. Room was nice (we faced the car lot unfortunately) and clean etc. Breakfast was good. Would we stay here again? No. Snow King was so much better - lovely bar and restaurant area and fab things for the kids to do right next door at the outdoor adventure area. That’s where we would head again. Wonderful hotel in Jackson Hole

Jun 1st, 2019

We recently stayed here three nights for our 40th wedding anniversary. The hotel more than met our expectations. Abby Swallow the assistant manager was helpful and very welcoming. A special thank you for the chocolate covered strawberries in our room on our arrival. The atmosphere of the hotel reflected the western Wyoming theme. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jackson Hole. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good Hotel, but in need of upgrading

May 27th, 2019

If you are going to call yourself a "luxury" hotel, then everything needs to be pristine, and work right, and not a doubt about cleanliness or functionality. PROS: Very Nice Rain Head Showers (after you figure out how to work them). Excellent Pool Area with Towels (but showers in bathrooms never even get to "warm" - I had to take a cold shower after hot tub - should be addressed). Spacious rooms and ottoman on wheels was nice. Mini fridge, micro, and keurig in room. work desk. Bed was comfy, but pillows were super small...??? Elevator was fast and efficient Good location in downtown Jackson hole CONS: Carpet is old, musty and stained. It smelled bad. In need of replacement. Immediately. Handle from bathroom sink kept "coming off" if turned to up position. Very low or no hot water in Pool area showers. Missing letters and numbers from signs. (details matter) Breakfast: Just OK. Standard Holiday Inn Express Fair. Bacon tasted like it was warmed up from day before. Eggs were good, but probably because I waited for fresh ones. Decor: Lamps are super weird "pinecone" themed with tons of dust, Finding a place to plug in my laptop was ridiculous. the main plugs are behind the HUGE headboard that cannot be moved. All electronics had to be charged 10 feet from bed which didn't work great. "SPA" center is simply some offices/rooms that are now used for massage services...same dirty carpet (yuk) No art on welcoming lobby, no nice diffuser products for sale...just a very dark part of hotel that should be modernized. You cannot call it a "SPA". TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
