What an experience!!!

The building itself is amazing, it is a prominent building in the area. As you walk in you are met by a beautifully decorated reception area. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked through the door and were very attentive throughout our stay. We arrived slightly early so we were taken through to the bar for a drink, the bar was beautifully decorated and again the staff were very welcoming. When our room was ready we were informed we had been upgraded to a suite from a double which we were very surprised at and very grateful for. The suite was incredible, a king size bed, 2 bathrooms and a living area awaited us. Our overall opinion of the hotel was 10/10. We booked ourselves in for champagne afternoon tea and we were not disappointed, all of the options were delicious and very filling. The scones in particular were amazing. We also decided to have our evening meal in the hotel restaurant Hankies, it has an Indian themed menu. We were not sure what to order but we were advised by the brilliant waiting staff on what we should order and it was fantastic. Overall we could not have asked for more from our visit and we would love to go back again very soon and we will definitely be recommending the Montcalm Marble Arch to friends and family. Absolutely first class hotel - and I don't usually do reviews !

Sep 10th, 2020

My partner and I stayed for 1 evening on 27 August 2020 at the Montcalm Hotel in Marble Arch. It was everything we expected and more. I would definitely recommend it. The hotel is lovely inside, the room was splendid, the location is superb and the facilities excellent. We also ate in our room and the food was great. Most of all, the staff (including the reservations manager, Mandeep) were all a pleasure to deal with. They were very accommodating, keen to help and available at all times. I for one will definitely be staying there again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a nice hotel in the centre of London. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Beautiful hotel - close to oxford street for shopping

Sep 6th, 2020

I visited first time it was my birthday celebration. One of the staff Hannah really made my stay worthwhile my room was perfect it was cosy bed was comfy got good sleep. This hotels tucked away but it’s close to oxford street if you want to go shopping there’s also a good and wine on same road 24 hours they have Hard Rock Cafe dining if you fancy being close to the hotel not going out too far. Unfortunately the breakfast had a hair in the plate, I was disappointed and to top it off it wasn’t hot. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We were to moved to this hotel as the Piccadilly hotel was closed. We are so pleased we stayed here, we were upgraded to a club room which was fantastic. The location was perfect, the room was lovely and the staff were amazing. Thank you so much for making this a lovely weekend break in London. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
