Shout out to Stephen Kemp for absolute above and beyond service to help with a non resort issue. People can absolutely learn from someone like him and realize how important customer service is. For that I will absolutely be visiting in the future and will also relay to my friends and family what a great experience I had. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Fall Get Away

My husband and I spent a long weekend at The Meritage Resort and Spa. We were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The front desk was very helpful with all our questions concerning the COVID protocols. We felt very safe and appreciated all the resort has done to keep its staff and guests safe. We had a wonderful dinner at Olive and Hay our first night there. We also enjoyed relaxing at the tasting room lawn across the street at Vista Collina ( sister property of The Meritage). A small grocery and food truck are also located there. The grocery store was a great place for breakfast or lunch and the food truck was very good. The Meritage is located very close to all that Napa offers. The concierge was a great resource in planning our trip. We highly recommend a stay at The Meritage. It was a very relaxing weekend and we look forward to visiting there again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
First stop on honeymoon, was largely impressed.

We booked this hotel as the first stop on our honeymoon around the state. Even during COVID, there were plenty of amenities available and it hardly effected our stay. The pools, tasting rooms, and restaurants were all open and excellent. We were given a welcome champagne and bottle of wine in the room at check in. Halfway through our stay, another bottle of wine and a cheese plate were left for us - free of charge! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend in Napa - even though it's a little outside of town, it's only a 5 minute drive away. I'd rather be in the hills surrounded by vines anyways! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This is my second time visiting here. My first visit blew my expectations out of the water. This was a little different. We checked in early and they got us moved in fast. The concierge Brittany, gave us great recommendations on wine tastings, but didn't have info on the vineyards that were doing tours. Spa of course was wonderful. Mayra was my therapist and I had a standard swedish massage. The day before we checked out we check with the front desk for a later check out. Thomas was working and he was very polite and accommodating to give us a 2 on check out. The morning of our check out was off. We went to breakfast and returned at 9:45 and our keys stopped working. Thomas let me know that my keys would do this around 11, I went to the desk and asked for a new key. Instead of a new key the front desk agent talked about me bill. Yes all sounds correct, and I asked her is my key good to go, she responded yes. Walked to my room and the key didn't work. Walked back to the desk again and said the key wasn't working, she said I didn't hold the key there long enough and said the bellman will have to let me in since you are checkout. This point I realized she never gave me a new key. What?! I have a 2pm check out, why did you check me out? I informed her that I talked to Thomas last night and said that I can have a 2pm check out. Maybe my notes where not in the profile. FYI never stay in the low 100s rooms you hear everything. We were on 123 and hearing the exit door opening and closing at 6am was not fun.
