Outstanding issues with the billing office. My reservation for a 10 day visit was sent to me in good standing but when i checked in with a notice to the hotel of a late check in, i did not notice that the days had been confused and the hotel had me checking out 5 days earlier. the hotel corrected the time but i did not check to see if the rates remained the same. I asked for me bills to be sent to me email when i check out for speedy check out as i do with any hotel i stay in. i have yet to get my ebills but my bills on my statements show my total charges for my 10 visit over $850 higher than my confirmed reservation. I do not think i spent that much on pay per view or room service as the hotel room service closes at approx. 9:30pm. I ate out most nights with my family so there was no way to order anything thru the restaurant (I used ordering services if i missed dinner from other restaurants). I have yet to rec'v my bills to compare the differences in the charges and this is the second attempt at writing the hotel management services for a response. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Steven is awesome!

Aug 11th, 2019

Clean, modern hotel in a good location. We had a great stay at the Mosaic mostly because of Steven. He gave us lots of great suggestions on things to do and places to eat. He was happy to make reservations for us. Our favorite suggestion was El Matador Beach in Malibu. It’s the most beautiful beach we have ever seen. Steven is easy to talk to and wants guests to have an enjoyable stay. Thanks Steven for a great stay. We will be back! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Basic room but awesome staff!

Aug 8th, 2019

This hotel was pretty basic - clean room and acceptable size but nothing extraordinary. It did feel like they manipulated the a/c past midnight tho - all of a sudden it wouldn't kick on to the auto setting for a looooong time even though I hadn't touched anything and the room was getting noticeably stuffy. It kicked on after I manually lowered it again but I got a little worried it was broken because I saw all the a/c reviews prior to arriving. All in all, if I had to stay within the Beverly area, I would return at least because of the staff - super accommodating in a timely and friendly manner. Shout out to valet attendant Raul - he was so helpful in helping me as I arrived at the hotel not in my best state! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Modern, Clean, Comfortable and Great Location

Jul 9th, 2019

Our 1st time at this very pretty boutique hotel. We stayed 1 week. Location is great. It was quiet. We had a corner room with view of the pool. Furniture, bed all very comfortable, modern and clean. Housekeeping was great and accommodating when getting more coffee pods and water, etc. Valet was excellent. We were in 1 bedroom suite which was small. Each room had a large flat screen TV. Large bathroom with large walk in shower with rain shower and handheld. 2 closets, 1 dresser and separate drawers so plenty of storage for putting away clothes. Housekeeping and valet gave us bottles of water everyday. We had small mini fridge in room and Nespresso coffee machine. We recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Basic overpiced Holiday Inn, but in a great area...

Although it cost less than most of the other Beverly Hills hotels, you get what you pay for. The hotel has been through many owners/renovations over the decades and they never seem to get it right. The latest "upgrade" ? Cheezey modern furnishings directly from Asia. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
