Great Stay

Mar 13th, 2020

Great stay, the hotel staff was great and accommodating. Raul was mainly our valet. He was super nice, always greeted us when we arrived and had our car ready immediately. He would also give us recommendations on what to see depending on what the weather was like that day. Overall great experience! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great location

Really nice hotel, central location and close to visit Rodeo Drive and the rest of LAs attractions. Enjoy a teatime drink by the pool with its attractive firepit. The staff were helpful and attentive. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A little piece of heaven

Feb 26th, 2020

My wife booked this hotel for me and being the husband of a 30 year hotel veteran she has taught me a few things to look for. This hotel hits the mark on everything. Their staff is second to none and everyone makes you feel so welcome. Their cleaning staff is amazing as I even saw the porter cleaning the footboards in the public areas. The server in the restaurant was top notch. I was on the phone with my wife, when ordering my breakfast and she was impressed listening to our conversation about just what I wanted for breakfast. She was so happy to hear top notch guest service, she said... you're staying there every time you have to go to LA for business. Thank you Josh, Michael, Lilly and the young man who provided me wonderful service at breakfast (I'm sorry I forgot your name). You allowed my very last minute and quick trip to be enjoyable. And my wife thanks you for taking good care of me while on the road. I will be back soon! And we are already recommending your property to friends. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Location, location, location!

Feb 24th, 2020

Location, location, location! The Mosaic Hotel is charming in all the right ways and in the most perfect location in Beverly Hills. We spent the weekend there for Valentine’s Day and walked into the triangle for a romantic dinner just up the street (we had all the best restaurants to choose from, all within walking distance). The lobby bar is intimate and cool. The poolside fire pits at night are a great place to hang out. The rooms are spacious for a city hotel, the bathrooms are posh and modern, and the staff was always friendly. The hotel is an amazing value for the quality and location. It’s boutique enough to feel like you matter but with all the amenities of a larger property. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We had a great experience and look forward to visiting again in the near future. If you need an LA staycation, a work retreat in Beverly Hills, or just a weekend away, Mosaic Hotel checks all the boxes. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Don’t be sucked in!

Feb 21st, 2020

I have just stayed at this hotel after weighing up The Beverly Hilton or this one! I picked the wrong one! Upon arrival all seemed ok (after we walked to the hotel from a different hotel as the driver of the arranged taxi by Mosaic didn’t know where to go). We walk into the room and was greeted by a weird smell! Not fresh but we said nothing! Then comes the shower... simply don’t bother! You can run around in the shower and still stay dry! It really is that bad! The next morning we arose early (time difference) and by the lift, the same room service dirty washing was still by the lift, 18 hours after our arrival! The breakfast is simply awful! Tasteless and lacking in anything nice at all!! I was very disappointed! However, the $21 per head was the final nail! Not worth $1 Max! The bar... lovely... super expensive! More expensive than the Penisular hotel!! BUT! Don’t be fooled! This bar closes at random times in the day! Why... probably lack of staff! This brings me nicely onto the rude, unaccommodating, valet man (the guy with the slicked back hair) he thinks he owns the place! His arrogance was enough to make you not want to stay there! Go park the cars mate! Do your job and leave the hotel attempt to run itself! Finally we check out (thank god) at this point we are charged for things we didn’t agree to! The pathetic lady on reception could not answer anything! (Was she a cleaner) in this shambles of place, who knows! The good point about this hotel was the location and that’s it! If you expect a good nights sleep, forget it! The air conditioning is so noisy you could hear it in the hallway, that’s if you’re not listening to the room next door with the paper thin walls! Mosaic.... you were not great!! I wish I stayed in the Beverly Hilton! Totally ruined the Beverly Hills vibe! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
